Don't understand why so many negative reviews for this practice. Despite them all I decided to try this place out since it was a convenient location for me. Dr Burke was great - attentive yet efficient enough, so exam didn't take too long. No problems with rudeness from any of the staff either. Scheduling an exam over the phone took about 2 minutes, and again no issues with politeness. Also loved the fact that since this practice didn't sell the glasses, there was no pushy sales practices as other places I have been to. Just called the office for the second time as I had a question about prescription

Spent 5 years coming to this office. The last visit didn’t even happen. I cancelled and made my daughters appointment with someone else. The front desk person was combative and treated my daughter and I like we were lucky to be paying for a cheap eye exam. This place doesn’t treat you like they want you as a patient. No thanks! I’d rather pay a little more to be treated with respect, especially if I plan on being a long term patient.

Office staff and Dr. Burke are so polite and patient. She has been my doctor for 6+years.
I live in walking distance of Phoenix Dr. Walmart, which does have an Eye canter, but to me, it's worth driving to Lynnhaven pkwy walmart, Eye center because it's rare to find a good doctor, primary care physician, dentist... etc, And Dr. Burke is that ( rare )
