I'm so glad that I followed the reviews of others and went to this Optometrist. The front desk staff are very warm and welcoming. The office is nice, clean and updated compared to the shopping center it resides in. Dr. Komornik was excellent and has a great personality. I would highly recommend anyone in the area who needs an eye doctor to visit this practice.

I visited Sea Eye Care for the first time and was blown away by the friendliness of the staff there.
I went in for a contact lenses screening exam and Dr. Komornik helped me find the right prescription and followed up with me the following day to ensure the sample lenses fit well.

I came in for my first visit today. The staff was very professional and kind. They were informative and sweet. Dr. Komornik (I apologize if I misspelled that) is amazing. Made the visit seamless. Very knowledgeable and listened to any concerns I had. I will definitely be returning and referring all my friends here!!

Sea Eye Care is great! Dr. K and his optician Haley were so wonderful to work with. Dr K asked all the right questions to get me set up in the PERFECT pair of glasses. I don't have eye strain or that pesky twitch that just wouldn't go away any longer! Haley helped me pick out a pair of glasses that look great on me too. Not only do I have new sense of confidence wearing my glasses but i can rest assured my eye health is taken care of too. Dr K is definitely going to be my eye Dr for as long as I am in VA beach area.

2020 new year screamed "get your vision checked" and this local place proved to be outta sight (puns are how 'eye roll'). Former go-to spot dropped insurance carrier after ownership change; when I called SEC to make new patient appointments (x4), I actually spoke to Dr. Komornik - that never happens!

I've had many eye exams typically visiting America's Best or whatever is the cheapest and most convenient. My mother has been diagnosed with macular degeneration, so I decided or actually my wife decided that I need to have a more professional eye exam. Not agreeing with her of course (because I'm usually right ), I asked her what the big difference is?? In her infinite wisdom, she said "they're your eyes not your ankle!. Sprain your ankle, go to urgent care.....don't play around with your eyes. She also told me that my visit would cost less than my favorite

I hadn't been to an eye doctor in over ten years. I had heard about the excellent care Dr. Komornik gives each of his patients so I decided it was time to have a check up. He was very knowledgeable, personable, and attentive. Dr. Komornik and his staff make you feel like family and want to make sure you have the best care possible. Dr. K and his optician Erika are amazing. They are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and very kind. They were also able to squeeze me in for a same day new patient appointment! Scheduling an appt was easy and they use a secure app to communicate via text. Their selection of frames were also very nice.
I really feel that they both went above and beyond to answer all of my questions while creating a comforting and welcoming environment. I would recommend this dynamic duo to anyone who needs to have an eye exam, fitted for contact lenses or glasses.
