Kathy was recommended to us by my mother and she did not disappoint! From the design process of the initial engagement ring to designing the band and ordering my husbands ring, everything was an absolute pleasure! China West has been my favorite place to shop for my wife's holiday gifts since we moved to Lake Geneva 40 years ago. They always have a fine selection of jewelry to suit my lady's taste as well as beautiful items for display in our home, like polished agates, etc. Love to just go and browse sometimes because Paul's travels around the world bring new specimens. There's always something new at China West. I highly recommend it.

Store is appointment only. Called 3 times, answering machine says “This is Cathy leave a message” (unprofessional imo) and I left a message, and never heard back. We went up to the door and tried getting the woman’s attention, but she ignored us and stayed in her office. My whole family used to go here, but not anymore.
