I bought an older quartz Waltham and couldn't get the back off so I took it to Kay's in Delevan who immediately told me they couldn't do it and referred me to Beall's. Beall's had the back off and battery… replaced in a couple minutes even giving it a light quick cleaning. They also were able to reinsert a crystal into the case of a vintage automatic Citizen that's a cherished favorite of mine. Locally I'll be going to them for what I want from a local jewelery store.

Back in 2008, Jim helped me picked out an engagement ring for my wife that still brings a smile to her face. Life has us living in Germany and for our 10 year anniversary I wanted to do something special. Chelsea was very kind and spent a lot of time going back and forth with pictures and descriptions until we found the right anniversary band. It arrived in time, was perfect and brought a small piece of our hometown across the world. Thank you so very much from both of us :)

Very helpful and friendly people there and a great selection of jewelry at very fair prices. The antique watches and clocks are very unique and definitely worth looking at. I went there to get a white gold band and couldn't help but add a very cool antique pocket watch to my purchase. If you live in Delavan or are passing through and are looking for something for a special someone, definitely check this place out!
