Great customer service. Always has been since I started going there in the late 70s. I don't stop in as often as I should. Recently I stopped to get my wedding rings cleaned/inspected. They really sparkled when I left. While there I bought a new cleaner they had, a Diamond Dazzle stick. I love it. Best cleaner I've ever had! I just used it again thinking I really didn't need to, but yes, I did! WOW!
