Therapy assists in uncovering the true self. Learning how to recognize feelings enables people to understand themselves more effectively. During therapy individuals learn how to identify feelings and take control of their own lives. By learning how to pay attention to instincts and begin to challenge beliefs individuals can grow instead of stagnate.

Couples counseling assists in bringing a balance of power between those involved. We all want to be in control in a relationship and will inherently attempt to gain control in ways that were learned and perfected in our family of origin. While this works well in the beginning of a relationship, tactics for gaining control will likely be what causes the most conflict throughout the relationship.

This place offers healthy and amazing services. Every therapist that I have come in contact with has helped me in ways I don't think I could ever repay. Debbie has been there working with me through really hard realizations and emotions. She stays with me during my process, doesn't rush me but also sheds light on things I am attempting to figure out.
