Telehealth has been referred to as Telemedicine, TeleMental Health or E-Health. What these words mean, in any of their variations, is the practice of health care delivery, diagnosis, consultation, treatment, transfer of medical data, and education using interactive audio, video, or data communications.
In my everyday life, I find it is important to consider how the people and things we interact with are impacted by us and how they influence us. It is the essence of relationships! As a marriage and family therapist, I recognize the patterns and cycles that keep us stuck in unhelpful ways of being and in unhealthy relationships.

Tried this office on 2 separate occasions. All not good experiences.
The first time was with Cassandra Grod, I called her after being promoted to do such through an email to set up an appointment. She didn't answer the first call& I hung up. Then deciding I should have left a message, I called back. No answer again, but then her VM was full.
Months later still looking to work on myself I found Allison Rosevelt on psychology today. Coincidentally from the same office.
First appointment there was a "miscommunication" and even though I had received my confirmation email stating

In hindsight, and after finding resources that quickly got me to the starting point of personal growth and transformation, I see that the chance I gave About Relationships (Amandalynn) to help my marriage that was in crisis, only served to push us further apart through very basic approaches, none of which challenged us to explore and connect to the deepest roots of the issues. I don't look back with regret as I know that it all was and is working out for my greatest good. But I would strongly recommend that anyone who is in desperate need of help with their marriage in crisis, that you ask A LOT
