A combo dinner featuring your favorites: popcorn shrimp, clams and oysters over French fries. Maryland style Crab Cake Sandwich OUR SIGNATURE ITEM. Lump blue crab meat with a small amount of mayo and bread crumbs with Old Bay and a special spice to make it THE best. We mix them up fresh and cook them on the flat-top right on site.
Everyone thoroughly enjoyed everything from the oysters prepared 3 different ways, to the bbq, to the macaroni and cheese! The corn bread was very unique and sweet. Oh, the oyster spinach bisque? Holy cow! Again, a great job and I look forward to planning another event. The food was delicious and the North Carolina barbecue was outta-sight!
