I cannot recommend Krystal enough! She made me feel comfortable during my consultation. I was so nervous about Botox because I’ve never had it before. She did a perfect job of making sure she understood what I was wanting and did an excellent job! Love my results! She is so caring, knowledgeable, and professional. I will definitely be back!

I love everything about Facette Med Spa! The atmosphere is peaceful and the staff is so kind and knowledgeable. Jenny Simpson has been phenomenal for my skin care, guiding me in the direction of clear, beautiful skin. She has also done my laser hair removal and it was incredible! After just one or two sessions I noticed a drastic difference in the amount of hair growth. Now that I’ve completed my six sessions, I rarely/never have to shave the areas that were lasered...it’s glorious!

I was hesitant to try botox and filler at first but after having a consult with my injector, Krystal, I felt much more comfortable moving forward with treatment and I am so happy I did!! I am thrilled with the results! Krystal was knowledgeable, comforting, professional, and genuinely kind. Thank you for making my first experience so pleasant! I will be back!

I am so blown away by my experience at Facette. I came in to get Botox and fillers done for the first time, and I was so nervous walking in. Erin’s kind attitude and bubbly personality instantly put me at ease. She is so knowledgeable and so good at making you feel like you’re right at home.

I have been using a different med spa, it was time for a change. I was referred by a friend to Facette’. It was my first time into Facette’. I was scheduled with Erin for lip fillers. All I can say was I cannot believe that I waited so long to change to Facette’. I am a “professional” patient with lip fillers having had them been done them for 10+ years. By far Erin has done the best fillers on my lips, no doubt. She uses a fabulous numbing gel which Makes the procedure virtually painless. She is by far an expert on the anatomy of the lips, so she knows exactly where to inject the filler

Carri has been absolutely wonderful!! I met with her a year and a half ago absolutely nervous, because I wanted some small changes and a very natural look. She listened to my concerns, explained everything in great detail, and gave me exactly the look I was wanting, the subtle changes but natural look. I have been seeing her for maintenance since. I appreciated her listening and giving me exactly what I wanted. She is a perfectionist like I am! The staff is always welcoming and wonderful! Facetté is such a gorgeous med spa, I had such a wonderful experience! First I got my teeth whitened with Erin and she is so sweet! She made sure I was comfortable the whole time! She explained every step of the process and literally made sure I was doing good the whole time! She is truly amazing! After that I got to work with Becky and she was so freaking knowledgeable! She made me feel comfortable and explained to me how each treatment was helping my skin and how to keep up the great feeling of my skin at home! I absolutely will come back for Becky and Erin!
