A balance disorder is a condition that makes you feel unsteady or dizzy. If you are standing, sitting, or lying down, you might feel as if you are moving, spinning, or floating. If you are walking, you might suddenly feel as if you are tipping over. Everyone has a dizzy spell now and then, but the term "dizziness" can mean different things to different people.

Katelyn was so pleasant and patient. A friend had suggested that I go to Steppin' Up. I am glad I did. Katelyn ran me through a variety of rehabilitation techniques. She had a plan of physical therapy that fit my physical needs and age. I also appreciate Jorge who had a patient personality and was helpful in my rehabilitation therapy.

Steppin’ Up team members really worked to understand a unique issue I was having with my shoulder, and develop plans to help me strengthen my shoulder. They helped me regain overall strength and flexibility that I had been losing, especially after Covid. I enjoyed working with all the therapists I saw during my visits. I would recommend Steppin’ Up Physical Therapy!

This is my first time here in therapy and had a good time here. They give you the best treatments here. They're employees are very social so if your shy you can come here and learn how to keep a conversation going. I worked with 3 therapists and all of them treated me with the upmost respect. I Had a good time and would come back if I had to. I past what my physical therapist expected my results to be in 12 visits. Once again Amazing Results and highly recommended!

Brook always made me feel good and the days I didn't feel good she understood..... awesome worker and the go to lady if you want it done right, then came Brook P (#2) after she was done with training I trained with her, she was funny, caring and knows her stuff. Hands down the Brooks lady got your concerns in mind so you will get better.
