Am I in the right place? Where's the gym? Where are the physical therapy assistants and techs? These thoughts raced through Dr. Jon Evans' head as he entered the physical therapy clinic he had been hired to work at overseas in Dubai.

Very specific and educational instructions on how to recover and strengthen myself from low back surgery. I highly recommend ProTailored. This is my second go round with them. I have fibromyalgia and arthritis (in my lower back) among other health issues. I have went to other physical therapists before and they make you do the stretching but you don't know if you're doing it right.
I went to 3 other PT for severe hand pain and thumb immobility 3 years ago and ProTailored was the only fix for me. I did not have to work with a PT asst for any of my appt time. I've dealt with pain in my arm for nearly a decade. Now that I've wrapped up treatment, I feel like there's NOTHING I CANNOT do!

I started therapy at ProTailored therapy right after my 4 weeks after surgery from having my right shoulder replaced. I have Dr. Coachman as my therapist, and she is very good. But as soon as u walk in the door, you are greeted with enthusiastic, hi's and hello's. Everything has an upbeat feel to it. My sister is having knee replacement in Febuary, and I have already recommended ProTailored Therapy to her. Its just an environment that encourages positive rehabilitation.

I have been to 3 different Physical Therapy offices over the years. 1 specifically for what I'm being treated for now, with loss of hope. I have never had the one on one experience or connection with a therapist in the past. Dr. Chelsea was an intern when I was pregnant and seeking help for sciatic pain and now we happened upon each other at the Illinois office. I am excited that after YEARS of neck issues and being seen elsewhere for the same issue, I finally feel like I'm improving with headaches and neck issues. And!! Having experienced physical therapy before for I was skeptical when my Dr. suggested I try it again after having a minor stroke. I told my Dr. where I thought I would go (ProTailored) and he said "...good choice; they really know their stuff." I have really been pleased with the service they provide. Not only have I been given therapy tailored to me needs, they explained WHY a particular activity was prescribed and how I would benefit from it. It has been a very positive, beneficial experience and an education!

This place is so different from all other physical therapy places that I have tried in the past. I loved the one on one approach! Dr Emily is the best and helped me get back to walking normal after years of struggling with plantar fasciitis. All of the people there are all so friendly and the work they do is great. I loved the laser therapy they offered too! I was skeptical at first but it really made so much difference in speeding up my recovery. Thank you Pro Tailored! I recommend you any time I get the chance!

Been to 3 PT places over the last 15 years and this is by far the best. They have 1-on-1 therapy and are holistic as well, fitting your needs for a personal touch. Dr Matt in particular was awesome and got me to pain-free strength in 30 days. I have a program I can do at home now indefinitely. I was also assessed by Dr Kirsten and got PT from her. She was equally competent, but had to move to the south location. :( Don't hesitate to choose them.
