Our goal along the way is to have a client focused relationship and want to guide you through each step of your planning process. We then help you create and design the vision of your wedding. From table designs, stunning centerpieces, perfectly planned stationary suites with programs, menu cards, seating charts, etc.

Where to begin.... I hired Nicole during my 5.5 month engagement for my wedding on February 20, 2021- and it was the best decision and investment I made in my wedding planning process! I booked her for month-of coordination and she was attentive and on top of things the entire time. She always answered my texts and emails full of questions and was so easy and great to work with. On the wedding day is when I really realized how much a life saver she is! Due to Covid, our daughters wedding had to be relocated from Colorado to North Carolina. With only 30 days from the wedding date, Nicole was able to assemble a stellar team, develop a well organized plan and then produce a wedding that truly reflected our vision. Nicole at Vision Events is amazing. She recently was the wedding planner for a wedding I was in. She was professional. She had everything planned out and executed it perfectly. Nicole had anything we needed and if she didn’t have it she would have someone bring it. Nicole wants the brides day/wedding to be perfect and you can tell this in how she’s handles everything. Little did we know then, that would be when the Covid-19 pandemic fears in the US would hit full force.
In ONE week, Nicole managed to help us disassemble our 175 person wedding down to 30, re-organize vendor orders, implement safety measures, and somehow pulled together

I don’t even know where to begin. First of all, if you are thinking about hiring a wedding planner, you absolutely should. And if you don’t already know exactly how and where you’re getting married, then go full service!! Nicole has almost literally carried me through the wedding planning process. When I told our club vendor that I was working with Nicole at Vision for the wedding planning he said, “I don’t know how much she costs, but she’s worth it,” and hol-e-cow he was right!! I felt like I was really on top of stuff but Nicole and her team (Talia Hair!) saw around every corner and thought of things I had never dreamed of! We had a hindu wedding, outside with a reception outside as well, and it was supposed to rain that week, but I never once felt nervous thanks to them! Nicole even had another wedding on my day and rushed over straight from there to see us before we shut down

Nicole and her staff are amazing. They directed and helped organize a complicated wedding of more than 185 people at the Fair Barn in Pinehurst. She thought of all of the details and maintained close communication with the bride and all members of the wedding party so that all aspects went off without a hitch!! When the original flower plan didn't work, she was able to put together an alternate plan that worked beautifully and cost less! And she knows EVERYBODY in the So. pines, Pinehurst area so we felt closely connected to all of the best wedding vendors in the area. We could not have
