Services
I was born and raised in NC and love the beauty, diversity and warmth NC has to offer. As a child, I planned elaborate birthday parties for myself with invitations, a timeline and decor. Little did I know. I grew up in the small town of Lewisville, NC and graduated from Lenoir-Rhyne University (GO BEARS) in 2014 with BAs in Public Relations and Multimedia Journalism.
In addition to wedding planning and coordination, we own a stunning venue- The Graham Mill! From 2018-2020 we had the pleasure of leasing and running our first venue, Forest Hall at Chatham Mills. In those 3 years, we were honored to host over 100 celebrations and the space will forever hold a special place in our hearts.
We specialize in helping clients on any budget to make their wedding dreams come true. Our average couple spends $30-100,000 yet we work with budgets ranging from $15,000 - $300,000+. It was a huge pleasure working with Harmony for our September wedding! Hannah and Sydney were so amazing! They were there every step of the way even through our twists and turns of postponement/rescheduling due to the pandemic. I will always be appreciative of the support and flexibility they gave us as we struggled to make those difficult decisions.
Then we were FINALLY able to tie the knot in September of 2021! The entire day was beautiful and much of that was thanks to Hannah and Sydney's help. They took care of all the details so we could just relax, enjoy, and have fun on our special day

Harmony Weddings is to blame for THE WEDDING OF MY DREAMS! I worked with Hannah Dixon as the planner during my engagement year and on wedding day. Every time I felt overwhelmed or worried about the details, a quick call with Hannah put me at ease. I am somewhat controlling…. And on wedding day I was constantly asking if XYZ was done or decorated yet… thanks to Hannah, it always was! I was able to relax knowing absolutely everything was taken care of. My favorite moment was a quick hug with Hannah to calm my nerves before walking down the aisle.. she is definitely considered family at this point

We loved working with Aneesa and her team for our wedding. She was a joy to plan with and made sure to take into account our vision while providing helpful guidance for what would work with our venue and budget. One of my favorite memories is Aneesa coming up to me halfway through the reception and asking what was wrong since she could tell something wasn’t sitting right with me. A small thing one of our other vendors had overlooked, but she immediately went to fix the problem and ensured that our plans were carried out to the best of her ability. We cannot recommend working with this team enough

My daughter chose Graham Mill waaaaaay back in January 2020 for her 12/12/20 wedding, and we decided to go with Harmony Weddings for month-of coordination. Even before the coordination started, Harmony provided a well-curated list of preferred vendors with proven performance records. We were able to select multiple vendors from the list, and were able to get others approved pretty quickly.
Well, everything was going swimmingly until Covid put a big ol’ wrench in our plans, and we made the difficult decision to postpone. Aneesa at Harmony (who also owns Graham Mill) amazingly kept her positive

I had the pleasure of working with Harmony Weddings (specifically Sydney and Tara) for my November 2021 wedding at The Carolina Inn. Being somewhat new to the Chapel Hill/ Durham area, I didn't have much to go off of when selecting a planner so I had to rely on recommendations from other vendors, online reviews, and the body of work shared via social media. I ended up selecting Harmony Weddings because of their reputation amongst the wedding vendor community. I am so thankful Harmony Weddings was recommended to me. I knew I needed someone to help execute my vision and wedding day, but Kathryne exceeded my expectations. I worked directly with Sydney P., and she made everything absolutely smooth, seamless, and stress free! She has wonderful “bedside manner” and gave FANTASTIC recommendations I would’ve never even thought of!
My own wedding was only the 2nd I’d been to as an adult, and it wasn’t until I went to another wedding a month after mine that I realized just how amazing Sydney

We hired Harmony Weddings for a month-of coordinator because I wanted to ensure that I, the main planner of our wedding, had fun, and it was SO worth the investment. Daryl Eaker is a lead planner and was my month-of coordinator, and I was so so so happy with her work! Daryl handled everything like such a pro, even helping me navigate an issue with another vendor, and she executed our vision for our wedding to a tee. She and her day-of teammate, Emma, made me feel so supported and kept the trains moving and just allowed me and my husband to have fun without stressing about logistics or anything

Kathryne and the Harmony wedding coordinating team did an absolutely exceptional job helping us to stray on track and plan out all of the necessary events leading up to and during our special day! With the pandemic throwing a wrench into our original plans Kathryne was able to help us regroup to make changes to be safe and still have the wedding ceremony and celebration we had hoped for. During the ceremony and reception, Kathryne and her team were able to take care of all of our needs as well as help our guests so that we could enjoy our day as bride and groom.
