Came with my boyfriend when he was getting a replacement tire. The customer service was wonderful but they gave him a fat tire which was noticeably huge compared to the other tires. We didn’t notice until we left and his mom saw it but when he reached back out they claimed it was because they did not have any more of the size he needs. They should have referred us elsewhere INSTEAD of doing whatever they could because we paid for a job done WRONG. I recently went to Total Tire in Roxboro because I was scared the same could be done my car and had a job well done.

I was very pleased with my visit. I came in without an appointment and they were very willing to work me in. Everyone was very welcoming when I came in and almost immediately started the work on my car. I was in and out in 30 minutes, which is the shortest amount of time that I've ever waited for an oil change and tire rotation. I also asked them to check my brakes while working on it and they did at no charge. I thought that my final price was more than fair and was much less than what I've been used to paying for the same services at other establishments. I would 100% recommend this company and
