Services
Most custom orders take 3 to 6 weeks from our initial design session to the completed product. Our work is custom-made and requires more attention to detail than a mass-produced piece of jewelry. The pricing can vary depending on the medium, style and design. We work with our customers on pricing and are able to design within all budgets.
The custom design process is unique and fun! We work with realistic schedules for our clients. We are excited to deliver a high-quality product and be a part of the special moments in your life. If more time is needed for design elements to be incorporated they will be delivered ASAP. How long will your custom setting take to create.
We want you to feel comfortable to share your ideas because no one knows you better than yourself. We will use this time to learn about your style, discover your wants and needs for the design, and understand the meaning behind the custom jewelry being created. A ring size if possible, The most accurate sizing is your physical finger, but for the covert sizing download the pdf.
During this stage of the process we are creating the prototype for you to view. Most of the time the wax prototypes are carved unless we are hand fabricating the jewelry. During this process we take the design sketch and start with a wax block or tube. We can envision the jewelry being formed as we are carving the piece.
The prototype of the jewelry is attached to a wax sprue. This is then attached to a rubber base and the steel flask is placed around the prototype. We mix up an investment (combination of a powdered substance called investment and water) which will be poured into the flask that the jewelry is sitting in.

In March, my mother took him her high quality Diamond in to have it reset. She received her ring in late May. His work is beautiful. The time it took to get the ring and his lack of response to her inquiries about it caused her undue stress, however. The ring is beautiful and she is very happy with it. Improved communication would have made this a 5 star experience.

Stephen is Very Talented!! He is very personable and caring. His work is Great! I had Stephen recreate a ring from my childhood and it turned out beautiful. He is Amazing my husband and I went to Lake Louis in Canada and took a picture of the lake and mountains. My husband went to Stephen and asked if he could make a necklace for me of that picture I wish I coukd share that picture and the necklace because it is Truly Amazing!!!

I hired Steven do design a wedding band to go with my Grandmother's wedding set. I came in with ideas of what I wanted, but couldn't picture what I was going for, but Steven listened to every detail of what I said and drew a couple of ideas on paper as I sat there. What he came up with was absolutely perfect. The final product was beautiful beyond what I could have imagined. He added to my grandmother's ring without disturbing to original piece (other than making needed repairs for us).
I am so grateful I found this shop otherwise I am sure I would not have been as happy with anything else. HIGHLY

Horrible experience. Started off great we met him initially at black barn for a wedding expo. He went over some designs for an engagement ring and we met with him again in Brighton for about 3 hours. It was a longer drive for him than it was for us which was nice. After that it went downhill. There were numerous unreturned phone calls and text. He kept delaying everything from getting us drawings and molds. Never followed through on one thing he told us after that Brighton meeting. Not a single thing. He finally sent us a picture of the stone we wanted and we heard back from him once after that
