I was a little apprehensive about using this company after reading some of the review on Yelp and other places online... But I was pleasantly surprised! I suppose it remains true that most people who have a positive experience can't be bothered with a review, and those who have negative experiences can't help but share with everyone they know.

Worst service ever! Driver was great but the people in the office are terrible and do not know a thing about good customer service. We were guaranteed a limo to fit 13 people and a 10 passenger limo showed up. This ruined my friends birthday! Never again!!!!!

We were extremely pleased with the limousine service NY Limo Coach provided last night. We had them take me, my 13 year old son, and four of his friends to the Yankee game at the stadium from Manhattan. The car arrived promptly, was beautiful and clean, and had amenities as described including refreshments & TV/DVD. Marcel the driver was extremely professional, knew the best routes to take us around town and to and from the game, and was especially kind to a bunch of very excited kids. At the end of the game, amid great street chaos and traffic, Marcel knew how to find us quickly and get

Good website and fast response to my inquiry but that is where anything good ends with New York Limo Coach. The person who booked our reservation from Manhattan to JFK was more concerned with how much luggage we had and in my opinion was trying to up-sell us on a larger car. He was not very pleasant, but we booked with New York Limo Coach because they advertised non-smoking cars and a fleet of late model luxury Lincolns. I requested in writing "non smoking car is a must" and follow-up by phone to confirm the car would be non-smoking. The car that picked us was dirty, smelled like cigarette

Terrible customer service for bookings with this company. Their rates are reasonable but so are lots of other companies and you don't get the abusive telephone manner and the insults. The prime suspect is Jason, who seems to be angry in general and hate his customers and his job.

This is a company that would sooner hang up on a customer and lose business than spend 2 minutes clarifying information.
I used this car service twice this year with no problem.
On Friday, I made a reservation for my boss.
I received an email a few hours later simply saying, "CANCELLED."
I wrote back and asked why.. this morning they wrote back, "INVALID INFORMATION."
I wrote back and asked why they couldn't just ask me to clarify what may have been entered incorrectly.
No response.
So I called them and said to the man who answered the phone that I'd emailed yadda

Wow. Worst customer service ever. I called to get a rate for an SUV. The guy who answered the phone sounded angry to be working. When asked about the SUV he asked me how many people we had so I asked how many it can hold. He replies 5 so I ask ''Don't they usually hold 7?" To which his response was "If you're going to argue with me pssshhhh" and hangs up.
I really don't even want to find out what their actual car service is like. Avoid this establishment.

They have a great flat rate of $88 from JFK (includes gratuity and tolls and service fee). I booked online and it was easy. I called to tell them my flight was very delayed and the guy on the phone was a bit crabby (told me that they watch flights, why was i calling). i was worried they would cancel my fare. anyways, i stepped off the plane and my driver called me on my cell to say he was waiting outside. SO NICe! the towncar was impeccably clean, the driver kind, polite, and very professional, and there was a little sign with my name on it. grade a service. will use again.
