My animals ordered me flowers on December 23rd for the centerpiece because it's my last Christmas due to cancer.. when I received the flowers the roses are wilted and also the moms they put in there were Brown.. I called them back the day after Christmas and they were making it out like it wasn't their fault that it was my fault. In all I did was come into my house and see them that way. When they called to deliver them they said it would be after 3:00 because I was out of their delivery area.. I feel if I was out of there delivery area they should have given the order to another florist. But greedy

I was so happy to discover this place by googling a florist. I highly recommend this shop! The owner was so very gracious and talented. I was buying a flower arrangement for my neighbor that had passed. The arrangement was beautiful and was placed in a box, so that it would not tip over in my car, which I thought was brilliant. I placed an order for corsage my boy’s and the Lady was so nice on getting the colors to match their outfits, on my way to pick it up 20 min before the store closing time my friend called asking me if they could make one for his boy to take to homecoming, well the Lady was amazing and took the extra time to make another beautiful corsage for me to take.

I called petal heaven as I needed a special order within days. She was able to procure them on time for my sister's birthday. My sister said she had never seen flowers last as long in perfect shape as these one did. The customer service was excellent and the prices were competitive.

A wonderful neighborhood flower shop. They were extremely friendly and accommodating, even though I called in an order nearly at close for pickup first thing the next day. The community is lucky to have you!

ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE. I had swung by to get a quick bouquet of flowers on a non holiday Tuesday and was at first puzzled at what to get. The fantastically gracious woman with the beautiful ginger hair was kind enough to help me through my decisions. Furthermore she was keeping captivating conversation as she pieced my bouquet together ONE BY ONE. Long stemmed flowers that ended up beautiful enough to where I had to take a picture and write this review before I left their parking lot. I took a card and this will likely be the only place I go for flowers in the future.

I wanted to send a friend of mine who lives 4 hours from me a little pick-me-up bouquet. Originally, I was going to use 1800 flowers but I just wasn’t satisfied with the arrangement values they offered. After a little research I decided to take a chance on Petal Heaven. The phone call was easy. They were very friendly and took down all the information needed and didn’t press me to upgrade the arrangement. The price for same day delivery was very fair considering my friend received her flowers about 3 hours later! The bouquet was large and bright with a beautiful ribbon, just like I asked for
