I requested my order the day before Christmas Eve. I was concerned because it is such a busy time of year and I waited till the last minute. I wanted a plant, because flowers only last so long then they die. The plant arrangement they sent was perfect! It still included candy canes and a little Christmas decor. My cousin was very happy with the arrangement, and it arrived in plenty of time. I did everything on line with no issues. I would certainly use Fox Run Florist again, and I would recommend them

I live in Phoenix AZ and ordered flowers for my daughter at college in Tampa for Valentines Day. The bouquet delivered was far from the beautiful colorful picture I chose...everything was pale pink. Also, the balloon I paid for was not delivered, when I called to tell them the guy I spoke with seamed extremely annoyed and I got no apology for their screw up. Sorry you have to make another trip to deliver a balloon...not my fault. To sum this up...I will never do business here again, the flowers were NOT cheap.

I was sent flowers from my son for Mother's Day. They arrived on Friday and I must say were gorgeous although I thought they were very crowed. On Saturday morning, I noticed some of the snap dragons and daisies were dead so I pulled them from the bouquet. At that time, I did put more water in the vase. On Sunday, more dead flowers!!! I know my son paid a lot of money for the flowers, I couldn't tell him they were almost dead two days later. Not recommending this florist!!!!!

Another communication snafu, gave them a second try. The man who answered the phone said they already delivered the flowers on Valentine's day but he was wrong. My recommendation is if you want beautiful flowers from here only talk to the women who work here cause they get it done right.

My husband ordered flowers for me through 1-800-flowers. The arrangement that was delivered was not at all what he ordered other than the vase. The roses were a completely different color and the vase was primarily filled with cheap, dry purple filler flowers, which were absolutely not in what he ordered. Even worse, the arrangement smelled heavily of cigarette smoke to the degree I called 1-800-flowers to complain. I also did a little googling this first and found several complaints of the same nature, including cigarette stink! Don't forget to check at the bottom of yelps reviews for

THE WORST!! My kids sent me flowers for my 70th birthday. The roses were half dead. I called the place and he said the driver would come and pick them up which they did. Then he hung up on me. No new flowers! I called this AM to see if new ones were coming. The guy said "probably not." I called my daughter so she could call the credit card company. She said the arrangement looked a lot smaller than she was expecting. She was outraged. DO NOT USE THESE People (if you can call them that). Rude. Who hangs up of a customer - twice!!!

I just received flowers from them... Teleflora messed up on Valentine's Day so my boyfriend who lives in NYC had to call these people but 10/10 I would not use them. This didn't bring a smile to my face. This made me confused as to where the hell is the rest of the bouquet.
Extremely expensive flowers $80 for standard (I just looked online compared to Teleflora) for a cheap look that didn't make me (his girlfriend) even smile. You can get so much more bang for your buck elsewhere.

Placed an order via 1-800-Flowers with a vision of a beautiful and large European Dish Garden (as pictured on their site), but my dad received a sparse arrangement that looked like a child threw it together and it was far from large. I understand the need to substitute flowers, or plants, but the arrangement was truly terrible and cheap looking. Very disappointed. I would not recommend this florist at all.

I travel full time for work, and use Yelp almost on a daily basis to find restaurants and other services in cities that I don't know. I usually only use Yelp to help me find services, but I never write reviews. I Highly recommend fox run florist! I have used them many times over the years to buy roses for Birthday's & mothers day. They never fail to disappoint me. They always have the best smelling roses which was very different from what you find at the grocery store. Ive used them locally & statewide to ship flowers to my sister in Maryland. They're great and get the job done!

I ordered flowers through 1-800-FLOWERS (18F for brevity) and they were delivered to me by this company. Although I had specified that I wanted ONLY the rectangular vase the flowers were shown in on the 18F website, the flowers came in a standard round vase. The concierge in our building called Fox Run on my behalf to say the flowers were not being accepted by me because the order was not delivered as ordered. The man who answered the phone at Fox Run told the concierge that it was their right as a supplier of flowers for 18F to substitute vases as needed. I had told 18F just the day before

If I could give this place negative stars I would! They are very rude, inconsiderate and do not know how to do business. I am actually filing a report with the BBB for the treatment that I received.
I ordered a Mother's Day bouquet for my sister-in-law via the florist's website for my brother to pick up. (They there and I live in Philadelphia). When my brother arrived he was told that they never received the order, though the site had provided me with a confirmation number and all. He continued on to ask what had happened and was smugly and rudely sent away without any other assistance
