I live in another country and was super impressed by the efficiency of this flower company. The website was easy to use - and believe me I had gone on a couple of other local flower shops sites. I was notified when the flowers had left the store, were 4 mins away and they had been delivered. I even got a photo of the bouquet so I could see the exact arrangement I had paid for. The flowers were beautiful and the service excellent. I will definitely be using them again.

Excellent, simple to use website allowed me to easily choose a suitable bunch of flowers at a very reasonably price which I could quickly order. The flowers were delivered same day, as advised. What was different about Flowers Unlimited is that as well as confirming delivery, they also sent me a photograph of the actual flowers which were sent. I will definitely be using them again.

The staff are always really helpful and friendly. I've used them for a few funerals and they've always supplied flowers to match specific requests, so I'm more than happy to rely on them when it's being delivered straight to the funeral directors.

Excellent service and very pleased with the flowers that "Flowers Unlimited" delivered for us the same day as phoning through my order. I have never used a florist in Brighton before but wanted flowers sent to an elderly relative in a care home. The florist staff were exceedingly helpful in arranging for a beautiful basket with bright and cheerful flowers to be sent. Finally they sent several photos so that we could see the end product. We were very pleased and so was the recipient.

I was able to speak to a person called Amy at Flowers Unlimited in Brighton.
Amy was extremely friendly, patient & understanding towards my requirements. She made sure that I was happy with my order & reassured me that everything would be taken care of.

I appreciated the ease of ordering online. But the best part was being kept informed of the status including that the order had been successfully delivered. I was thinking that it would have been nice had they sent me a picture of the actual arrangement. Then they did! They sent a photo of the arrangement at the time of delivery.

Sarah at Flowers Unlimited made our experience very enjoyable - she was so enthusiastic and excited to give us ideas for our wedding flowers. As we had no strict colour scheme we said she could have free rein on what our flowers were to look like, as long as they were colourful, we would not mind. The flowers on the day definitely did not disappoint us - they were amazing! Delivery was great as they were early too! Would definitely recommend Flowers Unlimited, 5 star service.
