She was born in Hong Kong and has called Oahu her home since she was four years old. Colleen is married and has one very kolohe four legged fur baby. In her spare time she enjoys hiking, traveling, loves to eat and spending time with family and friends! Colleen is certified as a Specialized Orthodontic Assistant from the American Association of Orthodontists.

Kamisugi and the entire staff has been nothing short of amazing during my 3 year journey. We are always excited about meeting new patients during their first visit to our office. Your initial appointment will consist of a thorough examination and a discussion of potential treatment options. This important 30-minute visit will give us insight into your orthodontic needs. We know your time is valuable, so to expedite treatment, we may also reserve time following the exam for diagnostic records.
Our office uses the most state-of-the-art technology available to help create the smile you want, which is why we use a digital impression system. Our digital impression system replaces the uncomfortable, unpleasant-tasting, messy and sometimes inaccurate traditional putty impressions. No bulky trays or sticky putty needed!

Dr Kamisugi is a godsend!!!! The office is always very clean. The staff is very thorough and friendly. My daughter is special needs and everybody speaks to her and knows her name. They remember everything about her (even her small talk conversations). They are very sweet to her which makes her excited for her appointments and truly enjoy her visits. Dr Kamisugi is always available in case there’s an issue and he goes above and beyond to ensure that we get everything we need and then some. He even made sure to let us know about services and options we had no idea we’re available to us.

We have been coming to Dr. Kamisugi for the past couple of years and has had nothing but the absolute best experience. Every appointment is pleasant, staff is very knowledgeable and does an amazing job making you feel welcomed. Dr. Kamisugi is excellent and would highly recommend to everyone I know. I am a current patient at the dental practice . It’s been almost a year since I’ve had my braces as the doctor said it will only take 12 months to fix my teeth. As my 12 months is nearing its end There has been no progress made with my teeth. There was even a time when my teeth separated and created a huge gap and it had to be fixed . Not only is there NOT a difference in my teeth , it is WORSE. My overbite is worse and there is pain in my right jaw area that shoots up to my ear . I'm so grateful I found Dr Kamisugi! The hospitality and customer service is always a great feeling. I love that everyone knows my name when I come in. I always feel very welcomed when I visit.
The location is a great area in Mililani with plenty of street parking. The office is always nice and clean. They follow Covid restrictions which makes me feel comfortable knowing I'm in a clean and healthy environment.
I always recommend Dr Kamisugi to my family and friends.

Definitely the most professional yet friendly staff I have ever met. They easily show how a proper business should operate. It feels like every member of the staff knows me personally. I am not quite sure why anyone would ever want to visit another orthodontist. Dr. Kamisugi and staff were referred to me and I can say without a doubt I am absolutely pleased with the service and care I’ve received. 10/10 would HIGHLY recommend.

We have 4 kids in treatment, 2 in braces and 2 prepping for them and we feel so fortunate to have found Dr Kamisugi's office. We tried out 4 different orthos and finally went with this office. They have several offices to make visits convenient. The aiea office is very modern and busy with lots of parking. The miliani office is kind of small, but there is also plenty of parking and its really close to my house.
I could rave for paragraphs about the service and staff here. They are so accommodating with appointments, they check up on us, are always available for broken brackets or pokey

Dr. Kamisugi and his staff really made me feel comfortable throughout the entire period that I had braces. Every member of his crew were friendly, courteous and helpful. Everyone was so nice. My orthodontist assistant always treated me so that I hardly felt any discomfort at all because of the gentle way that she worked.. From the initial consultation to the brace removal, everything went smoothly and it's because of Dr Kamisugi and his great staff.

The best orthodontist ever! I saw him when I was in middle school for braces and then retainers in high school at his Punahou location. But over the years, that location is now closed, but his Mililani and Aiea locations are still available. I went to the Aiea office and it is easy to find. It's the medical building next to Big City Diner - close to where Toys R Us was and Down to Earth.
I came back to see him because I noticed open spaces between my teeth. The open spaces are huge, but I grew self-conscious of it. I was went to my dentist and he said that Dr. Kamisugi was still working!

Dr. Kamasugi and his whole staff are the best!! Knowing them for the almost 3 yrs they have been helping my daughter Yasmine with her braces. They are so patient and kind. As for me, these were my two options after getting a few of my teeth pulled out not too long ago by my regular Dentist and either or had to be done because I would be looking like a Jack o Lantern if that was the case.
After looking at my options, I couldn't believe how expensive it was to get a Tooth Implant for just a single tooth. If I could've stuck a marshmallow in that gap in my mouth to make it look better I would've opted for it, but that just ain't happening so I had to weigh my options and I was highly recommended

Our family dentist referred us to Dr. Kamisugi which is great because it's close to home. Parking is good here, lots of stalls & it's also covered & right outside the building.
The office is nice & clean. There's a really nice fish tank built into the wall. Check in is easy. The computer reads your fingerprint & greets you. Also tells you "Happy birthday!" if it's coming up. Our initial appointment and every appointment there after was great. Dr. Kamisugi is very nice, calm

Though I am at the end of my orthodontic treatment with Dr. Kamisugi, I wish I had thought to write reviews earlier. We see our orthodontists once every 4/6 weeks and they have tons of patients, but Dr. Kamisugi and his staff really make patients feel like they see us more often. It is clear they review our charts ahead of time and that they know us when we pick up in conversation where we left off the previous month. They are thorough, don't cut corners, have several locations islandwide, and they listen to the concerns of the patient. I found them to be responsive and highly professional

I grew up coming to this wonderful office staffed with friendly, courteous people. Dr. C is caring, thorough, and definitely available to his patients. Update...
After writing my previous review things have changed so its time to update.
I finally got my braces off. The staff are friendly and are personable, especially the gals that work on my teeth. They always have time to ask about your day and talk a little before the Doc sees you.
Dr. Kamisugi is excellent. He's very polite and thorough. I'm glad to say my teeth look great.
