I've been buying cars for many years, both from small dealerships as well as larger dealerships. I've had many different experiences, some not so nice. Juan was very kind and showed us great looking BMWs on the lot. No pressure buying a we left the lot. We placed a deposit online for the BMW X5 we wanted and finished up the paperwork online and spent a total of 15 minutes making the final payment. We closed the deal the same day. Stay away from their cars.
My wife and i purchased 2 cars, on the same day from these jokers. Our fault for not taking them to be inspected by "real" mechanics before signing on the dotted line.
First, the front bumper cover actually fell off on one side. After going back to dealer, I was blamed for hitting a parking curb. I flat out denied that accusation. I was sent to their body shop guy, which was over in Hallendale who had my car for 3 days and was suppose to install another fender, which mine had its mounting holes ripped prior to my purchase and was glued to hold and be un noticed

Purchased a 2012 Fait 500 from Juan for my daughter. Juan was helpful by picking me up from the hotel as I rode the train down. Got the car back home for my repair shop find over 3,000 dollars of mechanical work to be done. The car was bought "As is, where is" and on their value lot. Spoke to the manager David and he rest assured me that my license plate would be sent overnight, Fed Ex. It never arrived four days later and too the wrong address. Take the time to find a local shop to look at these cars because I wouldn't have bought this car even though it was a good deal.

I am very disappointed with the way I was treated by the company you work for. I bought a car there that your company new you were selling me a lemon! The "FREE" extended warranty, doesn't cover tearing down the transmission and it doesn't cover many things. Neither you nor the finance guy, Vladimir explained the warranty nor gave me options! You both said bumper to bumper for 90 days or 3000 miles whatever comes first! They new exactly what you were selling! Including at no time you gave me a choice nor were thorough with the warranty! You both said bumper to bumper! Never

I purchased a 2011 Audi A5 from this dealership. I worked with a gentleman named Sam. The car buying process was very simple and straightforward. The dealership even set up transportation for the vehicle to me without any additional charge which I appreciated. When the vehicle was delivered, the car did not start and it needed to be jumped to be taken off the truck. I attempted to start the car the next day but the battery was dead. I ended up calling triple A twice that day to jump start the battery and taking it to the mechanic. The mechanic replaced the battery. I contacted auto trust and spoke
