I unfortunately had a terrible experience attempting to have Remodeling Contractors work with us to replace and install a patio door. After coming to our home to take measurements and provide a quote, Remodeling Contractors asked me to go to Beisser Lumber and pick out the door as this is a vendor they work with closely. I had never heard of Beisser and was directed to their location and specifically who to work with

Zak and his crew did a great job finishing our basement several years ago so when we looked into completing a main floor remodel recently there was no question we would call on Remodeling Contractors. We were also excited to work with Donna again on the design. She came through for us with beautiful ideas. Had a horrible experience from the get go. Upon the first meet , we attempted to talk through the kitchen remodeling ideas we had with the contractor. Instead of the contractor listening to our thoughts and providing options, we were told we didn’t have options and there was only 1 thing we could do. From there, we were told to talk to the design team so we moved forward with scheduling a meeting. We had a no call no show on this appointment.
