Many other builders subcontract a large portion of their work, but with Williams Remodeling, the owner is on-site doing most of the work with his own hands. That presence allows the homeowner easy access to the contractor if there are any questions or concerns during the project. Phyllis and I met Joe at the Home and Garden Show in Des Moines several years ago.
Williams Remodeling is a full service remodeling company dedicated to quality service and full customer satisfaction. With over 20 years of experience, owner Joe Williams has completed a wide range of projects including everything from basic remodeling to custom creations and designs. His specialties include custom tile work, lighting, cabinetry, and various design elements.
Joe Williams of Williams Remodeling recently completed enclosing our covered porch so it can be used year-round. We found Joe to be very personable and easy to work with. He provided a complete, fixed-bid quote with very quick turnaround. Joe listened to what we wanted and added great suggestions that resulted it a porch that was even better than we had envisioned.

We are currently on our 3rd major project with Joe Williams Remodeling (to the studs bathroom, to the studs kitchen, large garage tear down with slab removal and replace).
Joe has both an eye for design and construction skills, combined with efficient project management. If something in our plan or the project presents a challenge, Joe always finds a way to make it work, while still meeting building code requirements. If there is an unexpected issue after our project is complete, Joe returns promptly to make adjustments.
We highly recommend Joe and Joe Williams Remodeling.
