Dragisa "Dee" is trained as a dental assistant from High-Tech Institute and graduated in 2007 with honors and was in the top ten graduates in his class. Dee is one of our most versatile team members as he is often assisting with patients in the treatment rooms as well as fulfilling his duties in the front office.

Here at Smile Shop Dental, our goal is to establish relationships with our patients that encourages them to seek life-long preventive care for their oral health. This starts from childhood and continues throughout adulthood, so we will see patients as young as 1 year old all the way to 100+! Pediatric dental services include not only routine care but also issues dealing with emergencies, as they do happen very regularly in a young child's life.
There are several components to a comprehensive dental exam, which is the type of exam you will receive at our office as a new patient. This exam will cover an evaluation of both inside your mouth, as well as outside on the skin, lips, and throat as part of the oral cancer screening.
The dental exam includes a series of x-rays that the dentist utilizes to help diagnose any issues in the form of cavities, bone loss, tooth fractures, or growth patterns in children.A periodontal evaluation is also conducted to determine the health of your gums and bone holding your teeth. If you are in pain and are coming to be treated for a single problem, the dentist will conduct a limited, problem-focused exam.

The crown of your tooth is the part that sits above the gumline. Sometimes your tooth has such a large cavity that when it is removed, there is very little tooth structure left to hold the filling without breaking. Other times, the tooth itself fractures and a large portion of it is missing. If you've had a root canal, chances are you will also be missing a large portion of your tooth as well.

I have been coming here for 3 years, and they take care of my dental needs, TMJ issue and even headache.
Last week, I had to have an emergency dental procedure. THE first time in my life! Not only they fit me in their schedule, but also the doctor, the front office and the billing dept coordinated and made my anxious visit so much smoother. (Taking emergency patients may not always possible for the dentists in Vegas.) I don't do well with pain, sound and other gross things, but the doctor was so considerate. I would recommend

I have a severe fear of dentists and doctors. I have lived in Vegas for 6 years and just now found Smile Shop Dental. Dr Grace makes you feel comfortable and at ease while you are in the chair. She is patient and lets you know everything she is doing and what she will be doing before and during the procedure. The office is very clean. Some of the front desk receptionists are very nice, some are indifferent and just there to do the job. Overall, the experience has been great.

I finally found my forever dentist.
From the time that I made my initial appointment to finishing my treatment, everyone was very professional and kind.
Dr. Grace Chung did an outstanding job in explaining everything on my x-ray in great detail, in layman's terms so I could easily comprehend everything and did so before I even requested it. I was just blown away with how wonderful she is at her career and how much she seems to genuinely care about her patients.
Vicky was my hygienist (I hope that's the proper term and title, I apologize if that's incorrect). In the beginning

I’ve always been a little self-conscious about my smile (the color of my teeth and the spacing). I came to Smile shop about a month or so ago, and they whitened and filled my teeth in! My smile has never looked better!! The bonus is the staff is all so friendly and have greeted me by name each time I’m there!!! Also, Grace is hilarious. I’ve never laughed well a dentist is in my mouth, but I have now, and all well not feeling anything she was doing!! No pain!!!!! Thanks for everything, guys!!

I have been in Henderson, NV since May, 2019; Previously I had a Dentist for over 30 Years, she was excellent.
So after delays with Covid19 I did my research, looked at reviews and more.
I decided on Dr. Grace Chung; I arrived at my appointment and began to speak with Dr. Chung, but no it was not my new dentist Dr. Chung; it was Dr. Ning Chang; at first I was somewhat concerned because I did my research and made my choice; at a minimum I would have expected Dr. Chung or her staff to explain the switch and why. Yes it was a little confusing for both Dr. Chang and myself.

Moved here recently and good service is important to me. Every staff person I meet here is friendly and professional even if it’s for the first time. They also provide thorough and reasonable explanations that make sense for treatments and billing. My teeth cleanings are a snap. Don’t say that lightly! Equipment is modern and everyone is obviously COVID-conscious and takes safety precautions. Don’t know how they do it but I highly recommend them because they do it all so well.

Went in for some pdo threads and was so impressed with the entire staff from start to finish! Everything is explained and she stands by her work. Her assistant, Dee, is amazing too. He also explains everything and makes you feel comfortable. They were even able to work with my medical obstacles without any indication that they were annoyed that my conditions make their job more difficult. I'd give more starts if I could. Thank you Smile Shop for being so awesome!!!

If I could give ZERO Stars, I would. I show up to my sons first dentist appointment in Henderson since we moved, and was baffled at my experience. I'm a mother of 4 small boys, and was asked to let my 4 year old go into the office by himself for an appointment. First of all what parent would ever do that. Second I was told I could come in with him, but have to leave my other kids in the CAR! I was simply offended that they would even recommend such a thing. Don't they know that's against the law. Leaving children in a car for just a second is too long. I get that COVID is happening

My husband and I had been coming here a year after we moved from LA. The first dental office we went to (very modern in the green valley area) had almost inexperienced people, and not to mention their staff were constantly trying to upsell you everything(annoying). It was hard to trust any dentist because we've been going since 09, to my aunt who's a DMD in LA. It's been year 2 with smile shop dental and they've done our routine cleanings and dental checks. Very happy with the staff and results here. I got the zoom teeth whitening done and I have to say it was a lot better than expected. For the price of a PlayStation, you get up to 5 applications of the teeth bleaching agent to get to the shade you want. Everyone here is very friendly and accommodating as well.

I will start by saying I had a bad experience with my previous dentist and was a little bit worried about having another bad experience. Smile Shop Dental exceeded my expectations they were on time and very helpful . My hygienist Jeff, made me feel very comfortable as he's very knowledgeable and patient and detail oriented. But you see, Dr. Grace Chung intentionally delays her appointment schedule so no one on Obama care can see her for over 3 months?
But I go online and get an appointment the next morning; and the place is empty. They are clearly cherry picking their clients (they later block all online appointments).
To make a long story short, Dr. Grace Chung refuses to give me a comprehensive exam, she refuses to treat my pain, and she abandons me without cause.
