We have been with them since we bought our house in the beginning of 19. Amazing job with duct cleaning, very punctual with the quarterly treatments. They even call to ask if it is OK to come early because they are ahead of schedule. No contract required. We even get the termite done once a year and they always send reminders ahead of when it is due.
The only downside is getting someone to answer the phone in the office. Keith understands this an issue and generally calls to schedule the next quarterly once he is back in his car with his computer.

We've used United Pest Control for the 4 years we've lived here. Keith and his staff are so wonderful! Very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about all things related to pest control! In addition to doing quarterly sprays, they did our termite/moisture inspection when we bought our house, and again when we sold it. We could not speak more highly of them! Don't waste your money. We paid 3000 to kill roaches. Right after they come. We kept finding water bugs, german roaches. We called them to talk about it. First time we called. They never answer. Second they answered. Said they gonna come over and look again. Guess what. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. we literally wasted 3000. SAVE YOUR MONEY

Wouldn't recommend. I made an appointment, couldn't get in until a month out. The day came and no one showed up. I called and they said they hadn't even put us on the schedule. Didn't offer anything, just sat silently on the phone. I asked when the next time they could get me in (I have already waited a month) and it was going to be another month out.

I was so impressed with United Pest Control! They were able to take care of spraying my whole house for fleas and ticks in less than ten minutes and were extremely friendly! I had a very short notice move and the owner was even willing to come out himself to help me out of a scheduling bind! They do a great job and I would recommend them to everyone!!!

Highly recommend United Pest Control! They are so responsive, always answer their phones and you can almost always get an appointment soon! We had an ant issue and were leaving town, Keith went out of is way to move some things around and get to our house the day of. Great people and a great service!

I just moved to NN and contacted these guys. They responded right away. the inside job was terrific - lots of dead bugs after they sprayed. The outside work was okay but we called them to return and they did a great job of going over everything again. I suggest you walk with them around the house just to make sure they get all the ant, carpenter bee, and wasp nests. It is easy to miss them if you don't live there.
