Absolutely wonderful company. I've trusted them for three years with my home and haven't had any complaints. Mare's carries my pests as well as the termite protection. Every employee that enters the house is pleasant, polite, and professional. Office staff are cordial and do try to fit everything in. No questions if you ask for a second spray. Local company that is from the area. I love that the calls go to an actual person rather than a call center somewhere else. No random rate hikes, just a quality service.

When we bought our house in 2016, Mares Exterminating performed the Moisture and Termite report for our house and found no issues. Now, in 2021, when we go to sell out house, there are multiple expensive issues that we are told were present when we bought the house. This company just completely lied or didn't do their job and completely screwed us over. DON'T USE THEM.

5 stars all the way! Daniel came by today to do a pre-inspection for us before we list our home. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. I was pleasantly surprised, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mares Exterminating. I hope to be able to call them back when we close on the house.
