Anchor Fitness is a family owned, community based training facility with the mission to help every individual achieve their health and fitness goals. Our certified training staff love sharing their passion for fitness with you. Our mission is to provide you with the highest quality coaching, resources and support backed by a motivating and encouraging community.
Our group training sessions can be conquered by any experience level. You control the intensity of your workout. Before each session begins, a certified trainer from our team will introduce the workout and session format. All sessions begin with an instructional preview and demonstration. Throughout the workout, our training staff is on the floor, correcting form and providing guidance.
Our training staff provides the highest quality coaching, resources and support but you have to actively take part in the process. This includes not just showing up to the gym and going through the motions of the workout but pushing yourself to be better than you were yesterday. The transformations you see did not happen overnight.
Anchor Run by Kids (ARK) is a fitness program geared towards youth ages 3-17 of all ability levels! Featuring a state of the art 4500sq foot kids skills course, our ARK youth fitness Trainer Alicia teaches your child the fundamentals of fitness in an safe and engaging environment! ARK sessions help your child build a positive association with fitness and living a healthy lifestyle through fun yet challenging group workouts divided by age.
The moment you walk through the doors, you will realize Anchor is more than just a gym. We are a community. We enjoy each other's company and you will find events throughout the year help our members and their families connect. We host specialty workshops to help advance our client's skills, pour into our community with outreach and service, and much more!

I honestly don’t know where to start... this place is like no other. Leah and Joseph are just wonderful people. The workouts are awesome! And any fitness level from novice to experienced will be challenged. Every day is a different workout, with different muscle groups being worked. Leah and Joseph honestly care about how we all are doing. It’s a fun and welcoming place, and I’m so glad I found it!!!
