I did have a gym membership in the past, but there was never anyone there to motivate or encourage me to keep pushing myself. My experience with Sharon has been great. Joining her Boot Camp and MET classes was one of the smartest decisions I have made recently. I am proud of myself and my accomplishments, and I can not wait to see what the future holds.

Even with a few knee/hamstring problems, I have been able to attend class as Sharon has helped me modify the workouts. This is one of the main reasons I like working with Sharon. She really knows her clients and helps them meet their goals by working through small setbacks like injuries. I decided that I also needed help with my diet.

Level Up is the next logical step after the 28 Day KickStart program and should begin immediately after completion. Level Up is a more personalized program for your employees to reach their goals and provides a higher level of accountability. This four month program begins with a one-on-one consultation to establish goals, strengths, areas of improvement, and obstacles to overcome.
Fit Biz In a Box is a complete solution for gym or studio owners, independent trainers, or small group or yoga instructors to scale up to the business they have always dreamed of.

This includes but is not limited to identifying your ideal client, designing programs and reaching that client, and also establishing policies for business procedures, staff hiring, quality control processes, client retention management, client and prospect communication, marketing, and facility operations.
Working one-on-one gives you motivation, accountability, individualized exercises, and quicker results! Choosing this option and following proper nutrition can help you to lose weight in a safe way and keep it off.

I have been a client of Sharon at Catalyst4Fitness for over 5 years. Unquestionably she has changed my life. I started out with her GetFit 101 class, then advanced to Cross Training Circuits and Metabolic Explosion Training classes. Now I take a mix of group classes and personal training sessions. I was introduced to Sharon through a friend who had found success with her training. Sharon came highly recommend and she has proven that she has the training skills to help you achieve your goals. I have been training with her for about 5 weeks and I am already significantly stronger and noticeably toner (I can now zip up jeans comfortably and not feel like a stuffed sausage)! Her training is very simple and straightforward. If you are willing to put in the work, you will see results!

I started working with Sharon 3 months ago while living in NC. I love that I can attend the class virtually. I have arthritis in my hands and Sharon is able to accommodate my disability by alternative exercises that still provide me with the ability to work areas without hurting my hands. She is engaging and funny - as a class we have some great discussions while working out. She is very knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. I would encourage anyone to give her a try, you won't be sorry!!

Sharon offers full service training including nutritional training providing recipes and support, supplement training with her own personal line of supplements and physical training ranging for group classes to personal 1:2:1 training. During the pandemic she kept us moving by holding classes on zoom. Sharon knows the importance of keeping everyone informed on class updates and conference call opportunities to learn about nutrition. Sharon truly cares about the total health of her clients.

Before I began training with Sharon I struggled with my commitment and consistency to exercise. About a year ago I started with 2 classes per week. While I notice a big improvement in my overall health, I wanted to bump up my efforts and maintain my energy levels throughout the week. I increased my membership to 3 times a week and that allowed me to try different types of classes and work it into my schedule. I found that I liked to mix up the classes taking 2 MET and 1 weight training per week. But even if I take all the same class types, Sharon mixes up the circuits to keep our muscles and cardio

I have been a client of Sharon’s for seven years. I have participated in classes, personal training and nutrition coaching over the years. I love her small group fitness classes. Lots of variety and a great work out. I’ve also done personal training sessions focused on my goals. With Sharon’s help I have recovered from a torn rotator cuff surgery and a knee surgery. She geared my training sessions specifically for me. My goal was to maintain my fitness level as I recovered so that I could return to my normal fitness routine. Sharon is great. She encourages me, but also keeps me accountable. I started working with her in August of 2020 hoping regular exercise would make me feel better and have more energy. It has. The virtual classes are wonderful. I take 2 classes a week and all I have to do is get on the zoom call and I'm ready to go. I like the classes so much, one of my friends started taking classes 2 two weeks ago. I highly recommend that you give it a try.

Sharon's workouts got me through the pandemic. While many gyms had an online option, most I found were prerecorded workouts. Sharon's workouts were live. I appreciated the camaraderie with others while working out. Sharon paid attention to our form and gave us on the spot pointers to make sure we got the most out of our workouts. The variety of classes and times fit easily within my schedule. I only wish I lived closer to be able to workout with her in person.
