Our Remote Coaching is a safe, cost-efficient, and hassle-free way to experience high-quality personal service from anywhere in the world. How does it work? At our first (free) video session we will go over your goals, schedule, equipment, and prepare the place at your home or office where you will be working out or attending the remote sessions.
The Family Wellness is a highly customizable premium service. Our goal is to help your family to establish an exercise routine and healthy habits. We believe that even small positive changes have huge effect on your health, lifespan and relationships. When the whole family is involved and support each other, we not only witness better accountability and consistency, but also great bonding time and fun.

HRV (heart rate variability) training for optimal performance. Genetically enhanced workouts. This guy knows his stuff. He works with me at my home and even comes to my office for yoga and meditation training. I found him trough his book 401 Fitness - this book changed the way l look at life and exercise- it is so simple! Oh and now he even offer remote training, and I don't miss sessions when I travel.

I have trained for three months with Doychin's program and my results are really good - I have lost approx. 15 lbs but what is much more important is that my body and muscles feel really firm now and I feel in a very good shape! I have recently suffered a spinal surgery and I was having doubts if I will ever walk again; but after the good workout I even signed up for a half-marathon and finished within the time frame! (Though not within the first ones of course) I feel my body better than ever and I am very pleased with the way Doychin is building the workout schedule as well as the nutrition program

Mr. K has been my personal trainer for 2 year and I highly recommend him. He perfectly analyzed my training needs and designed a regimen that delivered the fitness results I was looking for. Additionally, I learned a lot from him along the way. He is very good about proper technique and designing the appropriate work out. He gave me the confidence to step out of my comfort zone and try new types of exercises which enhanced my overall fitness results.
