I've been to a lot of treatment centers but this one genuinely care about their clients and go above and beyond to make sure you have the best care possible.

We are a family-oriented team of widely experienced individuals in recovery and treatment. Our journey began in 2015 with a dream of creating a safe and therapeutic environment for people suffering from the life-wrecking disease of addiction, with the opening of our first facility in Florida, Recovery In Tune.

May of 2021 I was at the end of a long and difficult struggle with opiate addiction. When I walked into Harmony Recovery a broken man, I was received with compassion and care. The staff and medical team there put my mind at ease and assured me that although today feels like the end, it's actually the beginning of something better and brighter than I could have ever imagined! I can't thank Harmony enough for helping me to make it back to society a healthy, happy and confident person!! Thank you to all the staff for your love and help❤️

It amazes me that anyone that post a 1-star rating they want to flag and try to discredit. The last post from Olivia, everything she said I know to be true. Harmony Recovery Center in Charlotte is not what they advertise. You have to advocate so much for yourself that you end up being more stressed when you leave then when you first came in. At least that is true in my case. I could say so much more about this place, but I will save it for another time. There are a few people here that truly care but the bad definitely outweighs the good.

This place literally saved my life!!!!! When I came to Harmony I was literally beaten down and broken. I had nothing left.. I didn’t think that there was any hope for me. I came from nothing. I had nothing. Throughout my time at Harmony I had my trials and tribulations, but they were there for me every step of the way.. they never left my side. No matter how many times I fell down, they were there to pick me right back up. I learned so much about myself during my time there and For a long time I didn’t know who I was, but The staff at Harmony helped me discover who I was.. I have my whole life

Amidst the chaos of Covid and an understaffed, overworked group, my overall experience was positive. The counselors are great, the clients are well-meaning, and the facility as acceptable. They do and the mean their best. If you can tune out the minutia, you will find lots of people and material that is useful for your recovery.

My son has been to many other facilities for a life threatening addiction. Evelyn was the first person to return my call and it doesn’t matter if you call day or night she answers and will ease your mind about your loved one. She is there to assist others in succeeding. She goes above and beyond and is truest an asset to Harmony residential living. ❤️

Won’t say anything about my daughter because they will just use that as an excuse to hide behind HIPAA. What they promise on the admission sales pitch does not happen. When you call the only number available, try pressing anything other than admissions and see if you can EVER get anyone to call you back. Wish I never put my daughter there. Issues with bed bugs and incoming patients were not tested for COVID so even though she was vaccinated she still got COVID. They left her sick all weekend, no calls to me. On Monday went to urgent care. Somebody there let her borrow a phone to call me. At least

My experience with Harmony was from a mother's view. My son 25yr old was in desperate need of help. He had been to several treatment centers and completed a few but this place i feel made the biggest difference for him. They were focused on his recovery and were available when i had questions or concerns. He did a 30 day program and has been a new person since. It hasn't been long only a few weeks but Im hopeful he is ready to stay clean. William, Tina Stephanie and Ashley were all on the same page and followed through with him on each step to recovery.
