Rafik was our NYC ad agency's go-to-guy for transportation to and from the airport when we would visit our clients at Compaq. This was 25 years ago, and I still distinctly remember the extremely friendly professional experiences we all had. I kid you not: if I were to call any of my former coworkers and mention the guy who drove us everywhere, I guarantee you they'd immediately finish my sentence and say "Rafik!" I’ve been using Genesis’ service for 20 years and my parents have used them even longer. Whether going out to dinner or to the airport, it is, by far, the best, most professional transport company in Houston (or any other city/country I’ve been to). The drivers are all pleasant, courteous, and prompt and they truly care about making their passenger’s experience a good one. I can’t recommend them highly enough and you will not be disappointed using them for any of your transportation needs.

I have been using Genesis for many years and cannot say enough about them. Matt & his crew have never let me down. Always ahead of schedule, modern & clean fleet, and extremely competitive rates make them top notch. While all of these things are required for a great business, it's Genesis' customer service and ride conversation that sets them apart. I always get into their vehicles feeling comfortable and at ease like a close friend is picking me up. Again, I cannot recommend them enough.

Rafik, you are simply the best. In search of my sister in laws limo. Chose white for the bride to be. Genesis Limo answered the call. I had actually placed about 15 calls this day in search of a white limo and when I dialed Genesis I did not get an answer. It's okay because bout time I ended all my calls Mr. Rafik called Me back y'all! Used Genesis last night to transport my colleagues and myself to a work awards event. Everyone absolutely loved the limo! Very spacious, accommodated 13 of us including a few very tall men that are 6 ft. Plus. Limo came fully stocked with ice, cups, & my mixers of choice. We had such a good time. Would fully recommend.

Overall fantastic experience the only thing that kind of made me lower a star was the fact that the wedding package wasn't up to what I had already imagined. When they told me they were going to bring out a red carpet Oh, I thought they were going to actually bring at least some type of thick material material to lay out as a carpet. Instead I got a flimsy filter red material that was being passed off as a carpet. That was my only complaint everything else was great!

AMAZING! My husband and I recently got married and we needed transportation for our out of town guests (70+ passengers) to several of our events.
The buses: they were extremely clean and luxurious. They were in the very best shape on the outside AND inside. The larger one even had a bathroom on it!
The staff: professional, friendly, timely, and great at their jobs! From the drivers to the office staff, everyone was awesome! They made sure everyone was safe and had a good time. We worked with Matt and he was so accommodating. We were able to ask him a ton of questions and he was extremely upfront

I got married over Memorial Day weekend, which so happens to be smack dab in the middle of prom season. Not only was Matt accommodating with our reservation times, but I shopped around and his pricing was very reasonable.
