I dealt with Lance on my 2017 Chevy Equinox. The shop did an amazing job restoring the front end after a "bump" that my wife was involved in. I was so impressed with him and his team, that I am going to bring my Acura in to have some paint scratches repaired. It's good to know I can go to someone who is honest and will have my back on any body repair(s) that I may need. Fair prices too for the expertise.

I was traveling north on I95 and was hit by a spinning car in my lane. After I was able to get off the highway, I found I was near Fast Lane Collision. I took my car in for minor body repair and to have some questions answered. Long story short, someone caused minor body damage to my care and it was the 3rd attempt to get the body work done PROPERLY. Excellent workmanship. Well matched paint in newly repaired areas in an older vehicle. They provided free pickup and delivery during the virus epidemic with sterile wipe down of the user surfaces at delivery. The vehicle came back well detailed inside and out. Had some scratches on the driver door jam left by the Dealership (they attempted to cover it up with touch-up paint). The owner here was professional and got my car in quick and out quick as well. I had my car repaired here and they were absolutely amazing. They worked very well with my USAA insurance. Once I called the claim and dropped it off at Fast Lane, I didn't have to worry about a single thing. Lance always kept me updated every time something new popped up and he was easy to reach if I had any questions. They were very accommodating to my schedule in the Air Force whenever I needed to drop it off or pick it up. I will most definitely take my car here next time I need work done.
