NT Auto Body is the best in the business. Period. My last experience-my son left the car door open as we were backing down the driveway. It wasn't pretty. NT fixed it ahead of schedule. I had a quick follow-up; they took care of it swiftly and with a smile.

Unfortunately, have had to use this shop twice. They are THE BEST. Do not bother going anywhere else for estimate. Best and quickest service for best price. Everyone is friendly, straight forward, professional. Super talented. They did a perfect job again in 24 hours! fixed a nasty scrape and dent, matched paint perfectly on my 13-yr-old imported car. Another place close by said they would have to send away for a part so would cost way more and take a while. NT just smoothed out and fixed. You would NEVER KNOW there had been any damage there.

After the accident, I started to hear annoying sounds in the car when I went there to fix the car I explained this and he said we will check all of this no worry when I went to pick the car I noticed that I still have the same issue! When I asked him he said ur car still have warranty ! And this is not the problem I noticed that fuel tank dor it looks like Not consistent with the body and they try to fix he told me that he will order and give call when they receive it … it’s been a while waiting for his call ..

I have now had two outstanding experiences with this body shop, both times after bad drivers crashed into my car (but I digress). Everyone -- from the front desk woman who carefully pried off my windshield stickers and perfectly preserved them for later use to the team who worked on my car to the person who answered questions on the phone -- is invariably friendly, polite and enthusiastic about helping me. While I don't wish anybody car problems, if and when you have them NT is terrific about solving them and getting you back on the road. PS: They are really close to an Enterprise Car Rental

Brought my wife's car in for body work and I was very pleased with the results. The rear bumper was replaced, although it was an aftermarket bumper (per the insurance company) NT did a good job getting it to fit properly and the paint match was spot on. They cleaned the car up nice, and we're very friendly and professional the entire time. The parking situation is a little wonky as there isn't exactly a parking lot for the customers so don't be intimidated when get there trying to figure out where to put your car! That aside, I will happily take my cars back to NT for body work. I trust them to

Someone had hit my car. NT works with Progressive (other driver's insurance). NT did a great job and my car was done sooner than their estimated date.
They only use OEM parts but they may use "used OEM" parts. Depends on what's readily available, the insurance, and/or what you're willing to pay out of pocket.

Came in without an appointment to have license plate secured. I needed to have it done to be able to drive to work. The car was brought home from Europe. Plate shapes different. Screws didn’t line up. What should have been a simple job wasn’t but they made the time, secured the plate and I was on my way without even a charge for their time. Great guys, great service!

My Hyundai was recently be felled by a tree limb and needed a new windshield and some body work. Several friends highly recommended them, so I went with NT Auto Body. What I liked about them was the ongoing updates by a real person. I got a number of calls, including just after the car arrived via flatbed. While they did a great job, there were a few small things they could have done better, but in the scheme of things, I am pleased with their service.

I just picked up my car from NT Auto Body. In addition to good body work, they are all about good service. My car looks almost new. Let's face it. No one is happy to take a car for body work because something bad happened to need it. But the folks at NT were very nice. They made it easy for me to leave my car and get a rental and to do the reverse on the return. Reduced stress. If I need body work again in the future, I will go to NT. You should try them if you need repairs. Family business with great staff.

I cannot recommend NT Auto Body enough. My insurance company sent me an estimate saying that the work would take 11 days. I contacted another local shop who said that they recommended planning on at least 3 weeks, in case they uncovered additional damage and needed to talk to my insurance. I was resigned to a painful stretch without my car.
NT Auto Body had immediate availability. They called hours after I dropped it off to let me know that they had found some additional work and already gotten it approved by my insurance company. They ultimately finished my work in less than three days. When

The service was excellent the results....not so much. We had a small fender bender where someone hit the quarter panel on the drive's side right below the front drive headlight. The point of the of corner panel were pushed in.
It took them 3 times to get it right. The final outcome was good but the first time they didn't address all of the paint issues. The second time the paint has swirls in it and wasn't finished properly and the third time the panel still was pushed in to much under the headlight.
I get that most people would see all the detail I see but giving a car back

Decided to see how close to a parking beam I could get and scraped up the side of my car pretty nicely. Brought it to NT at 8am and they first tried to clean it off with a towel and determined it was too deep. They then said they'd get it to me by the next day all fixed and called the nearby rental car company to pick me up and get me squared away with a rental for the day.
Much to my surprise, at 3:45 in the afternoon the same day they called me and told me my car was all done. I went to pick it up and it was hand washed on the outside as well as being fixed.
