Second time coming here for repairs after getting hit & I had no doubt they’d amaze me just like they did the first time. Andy was great & provided updates the whole time. Super friendly & patient. He made sure I was happy with the work that was done. Paint was perfectly matched & no huge gap despite me having an aftermarket bumper. It didn’t take long to get my car back either and they even cleaned the inside and vacuumed. They also shined my tires for me! So someone hit my bumper while being parked so I was referred to K&W by a friend in Woodbridge. I went in to get an estimate so I could file a claim to my insurance. I was happy with the evaluation of the damages and was told it would take about 4 days to fix. I agreed that I'd be leaving my car there to get serviced. I get a call 2 days later and I was told that my car needed additional work due to more damage found and it would take an additional 3 days. I was thinking, "ok, no problem, a week is okay".. After a minor accident the grill, front bumper, and a head lamp assembly sustained some minor damage. There was also some other minor scratches and dings that needed to be repaired. K&W did a fantastic job repairing my vehicle! They even detailed my car after the repair work. Look at those wheels. I highly recommend K&W for auto body repair.

Had a couple separate rear-end accidents repaired here with really good service and excellent results. Recently, after about a year and a half I had a problem with my trailer light plug and brought it back. Turns out it was corrosion, nothing to do with their repair but they took about half an hour to clean it and get it back to working perfect AT NO CHARGE. Amazing they cheerfully fixed something that was not their problem in the first place. What could be better?

I needed to find an auto body shop to repair my bumper after an accident. I came on Yelp and K & W were the first to pop up. I read the reviews and decided to call them. From the beginning they were excellent. They worked with the company paying for the repairs and me, they kept us abreast of how things were going and I didn't feel like we were being taken to the cleaners. I went to get my car when they promised it would be ready and they had washed and cleaned the interior and exterior!!!!! When I say I was sooooo happy, that's an understatement. This is a great company. Both my husband and I have had auto body work done here. The work is flawless and their customer service is second to none. It also helps that their services are very reasonably priced. We no longer live in Woodbridge, but we would certainly make the drive from Maryland to VA if we needed any bodywork done in the future. They are worth it!

Justin was great getting my 2003 Tundra back looking awesome! With 18 years and 300K miles, it still runs great but needed a paint refresh. I didn't want to spend a fortune either on an older truck. Justin went through a few good alternatives to get my faded and worn truck back looking to new! I got what I needed and still saved a lot; I got three other estimates at all over twice the cost and one almost three times as much and I really don't think it would've come out any better and I also got a lifetime warranty on the work!

I did my estimate online and then made an appointment so they can see it in person it went up a bit higher because the pictures I sent didn't show that also part of my door needed to be fixed, I'm so happy how it looks, and they also vaccum my car and washed my car. They didn't have to but they did it. Costumer service was amazing. Thank you.

Fantastic experience from the beginning! I first made an online inquiry and was immediately contacted about having my door actuator replaced in my BMW. I took it in, and everyone was accommodating and even though my hopes of them being able to help, they were optimistic. Needless to say, after more than six months of not having my door open, they were able to get the job done. They even went as far as was my car and vacuumed it out, which it needed without me expecting that. On top of all of that, one of the owners contacted me to follow up to be sure that I was satisfied with their services

Knocked the cover of my side mirror off (stupid pole in the garage jumped out at me, I swear!) Figured I'd be dropping a couple/few hundred dollars to fix it. Requested a quote and was amazed by how low the price was! They also didn't charge me a technician fee - Jason just popped the new one back on for free! Excellent service, excellent price!

When I say they make your car look brand new, they literally make it look brand new.
Here's how it all began.... my new 2017 Blizzard Pearl Rav-4 got hit from the back at 2 weeks old (no pun intended). The car that hit mine got totaled while my car got the following: lost part of its rear bumper, a medium dent, and handful of medium to large scratches. First thought - Crap. Second thought - I have no idea what I'm supposed to do. Third thought - Crap.
After talking with my insurance company they gave me very little information as to what I should expect other than "start looking

First and foremost if you are looking for shop that has good communication, does a great job, works with the insurance companies directly, is family owned, that is willing to pick you up from your house, fix other scratches not related to the accident, and detail your car go to these guys. Well, as luck would have it I got rear ended in stop and go traffic by some idiot who was on his phone. Back to K & W I went because I knew they would do work. As expected when I came to pick up my car I really couldn't tell where I was hit. I spent a decent amount of time staring at where the damage was and I really can't tell. These guys clearly know what they're doing.
