This is my second time ever writing a review for a business. I found this orthodontist office online, and I went in last summer for a retainer replacement. I Paid $900 total for the retainer and X-ray, which was needed because It was my first visit. When I went to pick up the retainer, I never saw the doctor. My retainer was placed by the sink in the lobby area. The older receptionist lady instructed me to try them on and see how they fit. It felt fine, so I left. After the 3rd night, I realized they needed some adjustment. I still had my old retainers, so I put off going back right away due to

Please Please Please verify your insurance before going to this Orthodontist, and still then it may not be enough. I took time off from my job to take my son to his appointment and when I got there, I was denied service. Please keep in mind I sent them all the information to verify coverage a week prior to my appointment. I knew if was more to the story so I called my insurance provider and they confirmed they were still contracted with them, as I thought. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone just based on the unethical way I was treated. Over the phone you tell me everything is fine but
