Coming to Dr. McCaffrey’s office is a pleasure. When calling I’m always please with the receptionists bubbly and warm service. The entire staff makes you feel so welcomed and everyone is pleasant. The Dr is hip and has the latest technology. It’s a one stop service. Will refer everyone to this office. Just wish they would add general dentistry. Then I would go anywhere else for dental services.

Dr Kevin knows what he doing and very professional in his business. You can ask all the questions and he will answer you step by step. Very nice guy and trust worth 100 percent.

I honestly don’t understand how what they did what my teeth is possible without surgery. Before coming to them I thought there was no hope for braces; that my parents would have to take the financial hit and pay for the surgery that would fix my extreme case of cross-bite. But little did I know, I was in the hands of one of the few orthodontists who has mastered their profession enough to make a way even when it seems like there is none. I always smile with teeth now, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service I received from Dr McCaffrey and his amazing staff.

I decided to get my teeth straightened in my 30’s and was so happy I decided to go with Lunsford McCaffrey! The office staff and ortho are amazing! They listened and explained everything to ensure I knew what to expect with the entire process. They were great at even answering my random calls when I had a question. I love my new smile and couldn’t be happier with my experience. Two of my friends are also getting treated by this office and love it!

Dr. McCaffrey and his team have been wonderful. We have one kiddo in braces and one in Invisalign. They are always kind and professional on the phone and take the extra time to make sure everything is just right during our visits and when making an appointment. I've visited a few area orthodontist as I prepared for treatment for my daughter. By far, this orthodontist earned the 5-star rating. We received amazing service during our consult. Susana and Dr. McCaffrey are remarkable! They were transparent and spent the time to explain everything. They made sure we knew treatment options and what each may look like. I genuinely felt like a member of the family and I'm so appreciative for the honesty and transparency. I felt confident and supported in my decision.
