Siobhan has 30+ years of experience in the appraisal field, is designated by the Appraisal Institute, and is a Certified General Appraiser with the State of California. She has experience appraising various types of commercial, industrial, agricultural, multi-residential and single family residential properties, valuing of right-of-way, as well as fractional interests of properties.
We provide real estate appraisals and consultations on many types and various interests in real estate, including single-family residences, multi-family properties, commercial, industrial and agricultural properties. We have experience valuing vacant land, with the potential for residential, commercial or industrial use, and partial interests in real estate including easements, portions of parcels, family limited partnerships and trusts.
