Tracy McLaughlin, the woman who was born and, I believe, continues to live in "a little town called Ross," was the representative I had hoped she would be--and more. Yes, it may be that she presents any offer that may be made at the asking price or even under--but she is duty-bound to do that, I would suggest. If the seller chooses to sell at a lower price, that is her/his choice.

Tracy is the worst real estate agent you can sign with. It appears she works better with men, but may heaven help you if you sign with her. After its little to NO communication, and lies, as she destroys your life or tries to. She can't be bothered to help you and that means with absolutely anything., Tracy belittles you after signing and with her homes she inhabits in Marin, Lake Tahoe, as well as Aspen Colorado you will have no help, guidance, as she will destroy you if she can. Do not sign with her if you care about your home selling, or even being honest with or about you.

Highly recommended and here's why: Tracy recently helped me sell my home in Marin County. It was not an easy house to sell because it had a rather non-traditional layout. But after talking to a few agents, I decided to work with Tracy because of her impressive number of transactions, list-to-sale price records and her highly experienced team. I was looking at property in Mill Valley. I am an experienced real estate investor and developer but unfamiliar with Mill Valley real estate market. Thankfully I found Tracy and her agency. Her group were the most informed agency I have worked with around the US. They were able to not only provide comps for valuation but had great insight into understanding the nuances in the market. I can not recommend Tracy McLaughlin. Being a "top" selling agent does not mean that an individual is serving your best interest. They don't have the time as they are representing too many people at once. As exhibited in Tracy's case where she promised us before we signed with her that she was very hands on, but we mostly dealt with her two person staff. She talked about marketing parties and yoga instructor sessions down by the pool. She made lots of promises but they were just words. She held one open house where she had food and told us if we didn't sell our house
