I've gifted many arrangements from From the Heart and they are always as beautiful as the pictures! The recipient was most complimentary of the flowers and the manner in which they are presented.
She was very happy with them. They were delivered on time. I would not hesitate to use From the Heart Florist again. There were no dimensions noted on the website so I was concerned the arrangement would be too small. Boy was I thrilled with the outcome! I kept looking to see if those flowers were really the ones I ordered!

Horrible in sooooo many ways. I ordered identical bouquets for a company event. A delivery attempt of only one of those bouquets was made 4 days before my delivery date and the flowers were brown on the edges and already wilting. The bouquet was not nearly as nice as what I ordered - I almost didn't recognize it - and the driver couldn't seem to follow the delivery instructions about getting into the building. I refused the delivery and called the florist. She pretty much blamed everything on 1-800-flowers, and was very rude - kept interrupting me several times and was practically yelling at times

My friend loved the Deluxe Succulent Garden arrangement I had delivered to them. It turned out beautifully and I appreciate that they fulfilled my request in such a timely manner. I will definitely support this business in the future. (The photo is a bit blurry, but gives you a sense of the Deluxe version ~ a mushroom and cactus were added. Super delightful!).

I called today to send a Sympathy plant or arrangement. I am not familiar with Oakland & didn’t know if they were in close proximity of the address. They assured me they had a driver. I went online & picked an arrangement from their photos, called back, it was easy and they were so friendly. The arrangement arrived today & I was sent a photo. The arrangement was more beautiful than the photo! I can’t thank Tiffany enough for helping make such a sad call a great experience. I highly recommend Maggie & her team!!

I came into the store looking for lucky bamboo and they have it I came across this very cute one in and I bought it home. They also have floral arrangements and plants. I even ask the designer what occasion do they do and she said from birthday to wedding to just because to grand opening and even funerals. So next time I need flowers or plant this is my place to go
