The Adirondack Samaritan Counseling Center provides quality mental health services to children, adolescents and adults residing in Warren, Washington, Essex and Saratoga Counties since 1983. The Center works closely with hospitals, schools, churches, and other community agencies in order to ensure the best possible treatment outcome.
The Center's philosophy is that emotional, mental and interpersonal health are closely linked. We recognize and respect that the spiritual or religious beliefs a client may bring to the therapeutic process also represent a significant asset to be utilized in improving his or her quality of life.

Services
Adirondack Samaritan Counseling Center continues to experience a high demand for our services. We are in need of Licensed Mental Health Counselors and or Licensed Social workers to join our team. Flexible work schedule, supportive work environment with clinical supervision and case management support.
We accept most major insurances. Please call our main office (518) 747-2994 and we will be happy to answer any questions you may have about your medical insurance as it pertains to our services. With the help of our supporters, we offer an adjustable fee scale for individuals without insurance. Our therapists deeply respect all beliefs and faiths of our clients.
The Adirondack Samaritan Counseling Center is a private, not-for-profit interfaith counseling center. Contributions are used in two significant ways, for capital improvements and future program development, as well as for providing assistance for clients who cannot fully afford fees for services. This is a fund to which individuals, companies, and congregations may regularly contribute.

Poor costumer service, terrible communication and awful counseling.
Initially called to see if insurance would be covered. After three phone calls, someone did in fact mention that it would be covered. I also confirmed that the initial visit and cost would be a certain price. They confirmed. My wife and daughter arrived, and the counselor embarrassed them both. She talked to my wife about my daughter as if she wasnt in the room. I wasn't there but I was lead to believe that it was very unprofessional. My wife decided there and then that they would NEVER go back. We found another counselor and
