I've seen my counselor for nearly two years. She is phenomenal, and has been a rock for me while other changes in my life felt completely crazy. This place is a joke. First off they aren't registered to take flexible spending to use healthcare money for copay. I paid cash one time and credit the next. Got the reimbursements from any fsa act. Continue to recieve notices that i didnt pay. Have proof I did. Tried calling multiple times. No one answered.my therapist was also the receptionist. Joke of a company. Try a real therapist. Note they are still sending letters a year later when ive left voicemails.
