Yes nice area and nice service when walking in. I am a business owner. Hate to deal with negative reviews, but as an owner you need to fix the issue or try to accommodate clients request or issues. I feel like a paying customer you should walk out satisfied. We were not. For the simple fact, we did not get what we asked for and when it was questioned the outcome we then has the owner to get upset speaking in his language to fellow employees instead of communicating with us.. I hate giving negative reviews, but I was not fully pleased with our experience. My friend and I were a Friday night walk in, so we naturally had to wait. Totally fine. But it took over an hour for us to get seats next to each other. Again, not their fault. But they started on my nails after about 30 minutes of sitting down, and didn't start my friend's until MUCH later. I sat with her for at least an hour after mine had been finished. From the time I got there to the time we left, it had been almost 4 hours.

I just received a dip powder plus three extra nails to even out the length of my nails and it is by far the worst nail experience I have ever had. They are uneven, my cuticles are destroyed, and there are flecks of dust in the dip that shows up as black, hot pink, etc. I am so upset as I got my nails done for upcoming engagement photos. It took an hour and twenty minutes for one service. I do not recommend this place at all and will never return.

This place is my go to since moving nearby.
They make sure you are seated right away. I almost always have a time constraint, which they always respect and make sure I get done and out the door right on time if not before! I always get French tip and it’s always beautiful. This salon cares about you, and you are the priority. Highly recommend!

I came in for a simple manicure and was paired with Tammy. She seems nice but this was the worst manicure I've ever had. It started when she was filing my nail and skin, which I brought to her attention. Then when it came to painting my nails, she got the paint all over the place and had to go back and clean up multiple times. However, the attempted clean up did not make it better. She knew that the job was bad and try to blame it on a bad pair or glasses. Only reason why I gave one stars is because I think other are much better at doing nails, but the owner should not have someone like this

Wow! That's all I can say. I went to them after a friend has recommended Mimi. The job was amazing, flawless, Mimi is the best I can truly say she is so precise, she takes the time to really do a good job! She's patient, sweet and oh so professional! Everybody at the salon are amazing. I really recommend them to anyone!

I just want to say I absolutely LOVE the service that I received, coming! Steve did my nails and he did an excellent job, I’m absolutely in love with how even and perfect they are! He did exactly what I wanted and made them the perfect length and size, I wouldn’t change a thing! The staff was extremely nice, and very accommodating, with free drinks and they were very kind! I most certainly recommend going here if you want very good acrylic nails, or a manicure in general! I will most certainly be coming back!!

I came to plush nails to get a pedicure I was so amazed at how clean the place is it definitely made me feel more comfortable getting a pedicure during Covid. I highly recommend Tammy for a pedicure she's amazing and never rushes through any service! The manager Steven is also amazing very sweet and hospitable! Highly recommend this place!

Steven, Hannah and Betty make me feel like a queen! Everytime I come get my nails done, they always take AMAZING care of me. Not only are they amazing at their job, but they take their time getting to know you and making you smile/laugh. They have great hearts. I love this place and the way they take notice from the moment I walk in, i just feel like I'm at home. I love this nail salon! It is beautiful and very clean. My nails always look perfect and last MONTHS! I definitely recommend this place without a doubt in my mind. 10 STARS!

Their customer service is going down. I will not be returning any longer. I came in for a manicure. I got nex gen aka dip on my nails. I kindly asked the tech lady to fix my nail because she clearly left it blotchy/ bumpy and she rolled her eyes. I don't know if she was having a bad day or what was going on that day, but you don't treat customers that way, especially if they're being kind with you.
My nails are very bulky and crooked. My cuticle is still there. They charge $40 for dip. If you're willing to pay that much for bad service and nails, by all means.

The atmosphere is ok, but from my experience there they seemed very understaffed, causing me to be there fo about 3 hours. Of those 3 hours, I spent the first hour sitting my hands in acetone to remove my prior full set. That unfortunately made my hands extremely dry all week, but nothing extreme. The only reason I'd give it a 3-star review and not a 2 or 1 was because the owner (can't remember his name) was very nice and remained calm during all of the chaos. Again, there where a lot of customers there waiting to be seated, worked on, etc. and not enough staff to take care of everyone

On a business trip and found this Dallas Gem! Such an awesome overall experience!!! Nail tech did an amazing job on my nails! Free wine! And I got a neck and back massage! One of my BEST nail salon experiences! Wish I lived here so I could come back therefore if you live on North Dallas this Nail spot is a MUST!!!!!
