There are no hidden charges with our home inspections. We treat every home equally regardless of the age or type of home. Your inspection includes Thermal Imaging for moisture intrusion, electrical hot spots, and inadequate insulation, at no additional charge. Payment is due before the report can be released unless other arrangements have been made.

He answered every question I had, and educated me on several topics I'd intended to research anyway as I worked towards closing on the house, along with a few things I didn't know I needed to know.

David did a wonderful job explaining issues found during the inspection. He also gave me a book to go over things in more detail and describe home maintenance that should be performed.
I am a first time home buyer so having these things explained has been really helpful.
I called another company in the area and was met with terrible customer service and told there were no openings for at least a month. David was able to work things out with his schedule and arrived on time.
I would recommend David to anyone needing a home inspection. He also did a wind mitigation, 4 point and termite inspection

I called David out of the blue. I was purchasing a home in an area where I knew no one. He reassured me that he would take all the necessary steps to insure I had the best inspection before purchasing. He was able to schedule me within my 15 day binder. David made this part of the home buying experience so easy...Home Inspection, WDO Inspection and Wind Mitigation Certificate. From the very beginning to the very end David was incredibly responsive and provided excellent communication throughout the process, educated me on what the process was, what to expect.
