Called to get medication questions answered about my dog and shauna (answered the phone) was very rude. told me my dogs had never been there, which my dogs have ONLY been there. she even went as far to say “well if they’ve been here, where are we located?” the NERVE. it’s like she thought she was going to catch me in a question i couldn’t answer or something. so unprofessional. and when i couldn’t come on the day she suggested because of my work schedule she rudely said, “well i don’t know what you want me to do here.” reynolds road animal clinic, please HIGHLY consider getting

We love Reynolds Road Animal Clinic. They cared for our leopard gecko about a year ago. He was in pretty bad shape. They knew it, but instead of telling us they couldn't do anything, they gave him some fluids to make him more comfortable (the gecko and my heartbroken 12 year old).
Recently we saw Dr. Belt for an issue with our golden doodle. She is PHENOMENAL. She has such a heart for animals. She's smart, capable, driven and always wants to do the right thing.
If you're looking for a trustworthy and affordable place, this is it.

Brought my guinea pig in. They’re doing curbside only right now. But the staff I talked to were all very kind and they didn’t even judge me for transporting my guinea pig in a Coors beer box. The veterinarian made sure we were on the same page about her treatment. Happy my little pig might start feeling better soon c:
