Went in for a bathtub part. They didn't have something like it but one of the associates helped me find the right part. I had originally purchased the incorrect part and he informed me on what I needed to get. Although he didn't get my business today, he will next time. Thanks for the great service!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!.. AT LEAST ON THE PHONE, I USUALLY DON'T SHOP HERE AS A SMALL BUSINESS OWNER.. THE FEW TIMES THAT I HAVE STOPPED IN (BEEN A YEAR OR SO) THE GUYS AT THE SALES COUNTER USUALLY SEEMED EASY GOING, HOWEVER.. IT COMES ACROSS AS THEY DON'T CARE MUCH FOR TAKING CALLS OR BEING CURTIOUS TO THOSE THAT DON'T STOP INTO THE STORE. FROM ASNWERING AND HANGING UP RIGHT AWAY, WITHOUT GIVING THE CUSTOMER A CHANCE TO SAY ANYTHING OR TO LACK OF KNOWLEDGE OF THEIR OWN INVENTORY, TO NOT EVEN GIVING A NAME AS TO WHO YOU'RE SPEAKING WITH AND NEEDING TO ASK!. I WILL TAKE SOME OF THEIR ADVICE AS

I had a wonderful experience with Tina in the showroom on two separate occasions. She is extremely knowledgeable and was able to get me exactly what I wanted for my shower and bathtub in the most cost effective way. She even went out of her way to special order me an item that the company discontinued.

Big disappointment!
Bought a Vanity there, came to pick it up - it was cracked, we were promised that another one will get back in a week, lol... Nothing arrived even 3 weeks later - just promises - I will call you in the afternoon... Tomorrow...nothing, no call, no vanity.
They offered us to take the one they have in the showroom - but wanted the full price for it.. After long talk they were willing to take off 50$ .
The remodel work finished - and no Vanity.
We decided to cancel the deal - and even that was unpleasant, my foot will never set there again - and I plan

BEWARE! No return policy for special order - and everything they have is basically special order! I ordered a $300 faucet that I selected from their showroom. When I picked up the faucet and brought it home, it didn't really work well in the bath and wife didn't like it. I called these guys to return the faucet only to find out they don't accept returns on what they call "special orders". When I was in their showroom, everything I looked at had to be "special" ordered - so beware of theses guys. If you buy it, you're stuck with it! You're better

Disappointed. We made time on Saturday to drive across town to Josco excited by what we saw on their web page. We arrived at 1:30 pm on Saturday to find the doors locked up tight. Their web page says they are open until 3:00 pm on Saturday. There was no sign posted on the door, nor were the hours posted on the door. We are disappointed that we weren't able to look around and that we drove a LONG WAY to get there. I would definitely advise anyone to call them to make sure they are open before heading in their direction.
