UB Kitchens is a local, independently owned business by Daniela Johnston of Austin Texas, and is not affiliated with any other kitchen cabinet store. Each one of our designers is committed to providing you with the utmost level of design quality-melding form and function. Ellen began her design career in 2003, after a career as an analyst in New York, and has completed hundreds of kitchen and bathroom projects as well as offices and dens. She joined UB Kitchens in 2014 and enjoys meeting and working with new and former clients.
UB Kitchens is proud to offer both semi-custom and full custom cabinetry. All of our kitchens are made to order, and built in Kansas and Canada, using cabinet facilities that provide us with a heat baked, catalyzed finish that cannot be duplicated by local cabinet builders. All of our cabinets come with minimum ten year finish, parts and service warranties, backed by our company as well as the manufacturing facilities we represent.
We do sell cabinet pulls if you purchase a kitchen or bathroom with us. We do not retail cabinet pulls by themselves. BMC Millworks at 11212 Metric Blvd #300 sells cabinet pulls to the public, and so does Morrison Supply. Morrison is located at 8210 Springdale Road. We do not sell countertops, but we do have a countertop partner that will work with you directly.

I am so glad I chose UB Kitchens to install new cabinets for our kitchen and bathrooms. The cabinets are gorgeous and I was very impressed with the customer service I received. We worked primarily with Craig and Eric helped out as well. Both were awesome to work with. I felt they truly wanted us to be 100% satisfied. They were happy to come back and fix some minor scratches or anything we felt wasn't perfect at no charge. I am absolutely thrilled with my experience with UB Kitchens and highly recommend them!

It's been over a year since the kitchen cabinets were installed. In that time, we've found a few problems with the cabinets that we selected. We contacted UB and we were expecting to either get pushback or suggestions on how to repair them. To our surprise, they came out and looked at the issue, agreed that there were some issues with the cabinet manufacturer's work and they ordered replacements parts at no charge to us.
When we selected UB, our motivation was to use a local company. It's proven to be a wise decision because not only did they do a great job with the design

My condo needed its kitchen remodeled. My buddy Bill's guy- who he swore was the best- flaked out totally. So I did some research and found lots of very good reviews for UB Kitchens. I spoke with Joe a little and I was very interested, but then I lost the drive to move forward. Fast forward a year or so and I reconnected with Joe and picked up where we left off. Joe gave lots of very helpful design advice and designed the cabinet layout for my small kitchen, including cabinets to the ceiling and a bench for storage and sitting in wasted space near a window. Best experience ever!! High quality cabinetry (Made in the USA). Our family had recently relocated from Austin, TX to Fort Collins, CO. We called UB Kitchens in Austin to get advice on our kitchen renovation in Colorado (word of mouth, they are the best in the city of Austin). To make a long story short we ended up using UB kitchens. The owner, Adam, came out to Colorado with super designer, Joe, and measured away. We couldn't be happier with our design and our cabinets. Thank you Adam for making this a wonderful experience. We own two homes: one in South Austin and the other in San Antonio. We just finished a complete renovation of our kitchen in our San Antonio home. Curtis Kishur / UB Kitchens has made the cabinet portion of our current home renovation the easiest, most pleasant part of this project. We are completing a whole-house remodel of a 1970s house in South Austin. After reading the reviews on Yelp, I decided to go with UB Kitchens for the kitchen cabinets. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with the cabinets, UB Kitchens, and especially Joe at the South UB Kitchens location. Joe helped us through the entire process, designing the kitchen to work best in the space we had, and also recommended sources for appliances, countertops, tile floors, etc. Our kitchen is beautiful and functional. It's the best part of our remodel, and I just know we will love cooking in it
