From the first to the end my visit today was outstanding. Greeted by Chelsea who has a wonderful, welcoming, helpful, positive attitude and immediately takes care of you. One of my dogs has serious heart and diabetic issues which were logged and discussed with our Tech by the name of Rich. Extremely friendly, compassionate, helpful, and knowledgeable.

I have brought all three of cats on the same day for Vaccination everything went okay I just didn't like that you didn't get a one on one with the vet. Couple a years later brought my oldest cat for vomiting and a lump on the stomach the vet did X-rays and blood work said everything was good no cancer like I thought it was they told me just keep a eye on her. I should not have listened and should have trusted my instinct more. I ended bring back in a couple months later for loss of appetite, weight, and vomiting. They couldn't care less and took one look no test or anything and they were like vomiting

I've been here only once but they helped my dog extremely fast. My dog passed out suddenly during a groom clinic and iw as happy to see the amount of care from the vet and even my groomer. It was a scary situation but in retrospect I'm glad to see the professionalism from both my groomer and the vet

I feel badly about leaving this review but when I brought my dog here a couple days ago I was very pleased with the service the gentleman gave me and was very kind and friendly towards my dog who was nervous. He let me walk him through the door and everything when they took him. However, today when I had to return this morning for my same dogs procedure for him to go under anesthesia there was different staff early in the morning and the front desk lady and the woman taking my dog that called me were hardwood not friendly and I would say didn't care one bit.
