This year my mother-in-law need more help than our family could provide. Optimal came to the rescue and provided loving care. Optimal Home Health has been providing 24/7 aides for a family member every day for more than 2 years. Not once in those 2 years have they missed a shift. Not one single time. Their aides are kind, professional, and go above and beyond. I must also share that the administrative staff do a fantastic job. They understand that sometimes I am anxious about some part of my family member's care and they always take the time to listen and respond thoughtfully. The consistent, dependable care they provide is what enables my husband and I to feel comfortable that our family member is well taken care.

Patty offered our family peace of mind when our mother could no longer get around. Patty was caring, competent, and extremely sensitive with our mothers needs. Do not work for this fraudulent company. They commit illegal acts. They lie. They do not value their employees. They give hours to whom they favor. They manipulate you & you better constantly check your pay stubs for mileage reimbursement & correct pay. I have 30 yrs of experience & this is by far is the WORST company I've ever dealt with.
