Oakland Grove Health Care Center offers short-term rehabilitation, long-term, respite, hospice and dementia care. Our dedicated staff provides individualized care with compassion, dignity and respect. Our short-term rehabilitation and post-hospital care includes orthopedic, cardiovascular, neurological, and post-surgical recovery and rehabilitation, to name a few. Our team also specialize in those with medically complex care, post-substance abuse treatment and traditional long-term skilled nursing care.

Worst experience I ever had. Terrible place. Thank God I got my mom out of there. Inadequate care. Almost lost her. She's on the mend and hopefully she'll get back to some sense of normalcy. Praise the Lord. She is now safe. My precious Mother passed away shortly after we took her out of there. Pure neglect. Unspeakable.

My mother has received great care here. Catherine Rasco was of tremendous help to me early on.
The new social worker is difficult to talk to and condescending. She gave no indication of knowing my mother's medical history and preferred to lecture me on her extensive resume rather than listen to why I was concerned about her care plan.

Awful experience since day one. Never in my life I felt so diminished. The lack of professionalism is absurd. They need to have CNA”s and nurses with experience and not high school graduates. Especially when it comes to delicate patients. Besides the place is so updated. There is no even showers in the bathrooms. And the food 🤢

I have been an employee at Oakland grove now going on 30yrs in October, I have been here since day one.For 29 years I’ve worked on the 4th floor as a med tech and I’m now currently in a new position as the admissions coordinator. Oakland grove is my second home and I consider my co-workers as family. I wouldn’t have it any other way!

My mom is currently at Oakland Grove for rehabilitation following a total hip replacement. The staff have been caring and compassionate. The therapist have been working hard to get her back to an independent level as soon as safely possible. As a working family we are grateful for their support. I also had my mother in law as a long term resident. She loved her new home and the activities they provided her as well as the socialization. Great place, caring people! Thank you Oakland Grove.

I’ve been working here for 3 months and I’m happy to say that this is the best nursing home I’ve worked at. We always get bonuses and the staff is very nice. The staff here and I genuinely care about our residents and go to the furthest lengths to make sure our residents are happy and comfortable ❤️

Super people to deal with! My husband came from RI Hospital which was very traumatic to a very peaceful place. They really care about the people that come in. They are taking great pride in getting my husband back on his feet! A great big Thank You to all on the 4th floor for taking such good care of my hubby! We would highly recommend this home if you or a loved one is in need of skilled nursing care! No smell on the floors,,,food is half way decent,,,rooms are clean and staff is caring. Couldn't ask for much more!
