My sisters family traveled to the US for the holidays and were in need of travel Covid tests. Lisa - the receptionist was very detailed and helpful. We arrived a day earlier and she informed us of the travel guidelines. It’s amazing to see such great customer service within the medical field. Great job to the whole Bellingham staff!

I was going crazy trying to find a covid test, every pharmacy for 30 miles was booked for over a week, tried another urgent care and they sent me to a place in worcester who sent me to these awesome people. after being run around all day feeling like garbage and was exhausted they had me getting tested within 10 minutes of getting there, everyone was great, this is where ill go back if i need anything... urgent

Came to Bellingham Urgent Care. From walking into the door right to leaving the staff was so extremely friendly! They actually care about the people that come in. Everything was fast. Right from the sign in to see the Dr. fast and friendly! I cannot say enough about how well everything went. I will pass other urgent cares to come to this urgent care. Thank you to all the staff!

Bellingham Urgent Care is 0 for 2 with me over the past 6 months. I have been turned away twice - once for COVID tests for me and my son, and once for a likely sinus infection - due to low staffing. The first time I was turned away I drove up to Milford Regional Urgent Care in Franklin and received wonderful, prompt service. Use them instead!

I cannot say enough good things. The entire staff is caring, efficient and thorough. This was my second visit to Bellingham Urgent Care, this time for my husband. Wonderful that they can do blood work, X-rays, and ct scans on site and they were able to diagnose his pneumonia and provide medications. On their follow up call, hearing there was no improvement, they advised us to head to the hospital and had provided us with copies of all the scans and blood work results. Well-run and clean established, staffed with people that know their job and take the time to make sure you understand what is going

The PA Fiona was top notch! Do not go past her personality or the care she will go out of her way for to make sure you’re overall healthy and okay! I went in 30 minutes before they closed and she was super sweet did not rush one bit! She took her time & made sure the right test were done. She has a very amazing attitude, and cares about her patients for sure! This is the place to go if you’re going to see her! HIGHLY RECOMMEND don’t have second thoughts and any future problems (which I hope I don’t have any ) I will be coming here!

My husband had a sore throat and shortness of breath, which overnight developed into swelling of the uvula and his airway. Went to this location and received prompt attention and treatment with IV fluids, steroids and antibiotics. PA Gretchen Platt was extremely concerned and very detailed in her diagnosis. All the staff was wonderful!! Highly recommend this Urgent Care.

I highly recommend this urgent care ! My family of 4 went in around 6:30pm an they took us an on top of it we’re wicked nice to us! After a few days of trying to get into conventedMD of Bellingham saying they were packed 3 days in a row of people with appointments but they say they don’t take appointments! An before that we saw them one day didn’t even really check my kids all they really cared about doing was the COVID test which came out negative but since we went to this center my daughter has an ear infection that the doctor didn’t even wanna check twice so you know it was a pretty
